This place is horrible. I have 1.5 week old Mercedes and went to this place to have it washed after it rained. There wasnt much to clean since it is only a week old. They didnt even vacuum the trunk which had some pine needles in it. There were a couple hand prints on the windows and door jam from my kids and they didnt even wipe them off. The rag they used to wipe the LCD display was dirty and left streaks on the screen. I had to go home and use windex to clean off the streaks. I paid for the $24 wash and it wasnt even worth $5. I wont be going back here and will stick with Vintage car wash.

Im not sure who is their right mind hired the management here but the Hispanic guy with the line in his head is an outright piece of s***. We ran our car through the wash and it broke the hood visor. Not even that it was a huge deal but when we went to speak to the manager he wouldnt even look me in the eye, much less reply back with any kind of an apology or anything. Ive ran a much larger car wash in the past and if this manager worked for me hed be fired. Horrible customer service and just plain rude. Not to mention other employees were laughing that it happened. They lost my business.

Went to have my truck detailed and seats shampooed. Paid $95 for both and waited over two and a half hours. Once I got home I realized my rims were not clean and the inside of my vehicle was also still dirty. I used armor all wipes and every surface was still black. Went back to Cypress Station and they offered me nothing. I demanded a free carwash to at least try to get the grime off my wheels (they are still dirty). Employees were very rude and not helpful. The only thing Im SOMEWHAT satisfied with is the shampoo job on my seats. I will not be returning.

I am fairly sure they scratched my truck. Minus the scratch the car wash is terribly over priced at $70. Seems like a drive through car wash is of superior quality. Did not clean the truck well at all, missed spots covering the truck. Workers are at least nice enough to leave foot prints on the truck and inside before they see you off. Luckily they left the towel as well :( *cough*.

I payed 33 dollars to get my car vaccum and wash and they didnt even vaccum the back of my car and left my car with white spots all over and they forgot to wipe down my side mirrors. I do not recommend this car wash, youre are way better off using an express wash from HEB.

I paid an extra $15 to have my seats wiped with cleaner and conditioner. What a waste of money... not only did they do a horrible job, my vehicle smelt like a dirty sock. Absolutely disappointed. Save yourself the headache; go somewhere else.

I went to the car wash today to only see that the medecine i just got 2 says ago had pills taken out of it i havent even started taking it because i drive for fedex and it cause drowsiness thats crazy
