My $30 tag was terminated after 10 days of use for a 30 day worth of payment. After trying to get a hold of Nick Ramsey for 2 weeks he calls me and tells me I was refunded the prorated amount. Then calls back and says no I wasnt refunded and its in the contract that they dont do refunds. Im going through all the legal ways of filing a complaint starting with this online post, to Yelp, to the city of garland, to the better business bureau & even if I need to take legal action over a measly $20. I want the whole world to know how they treat a 9/11 & Iraq USMC veteran. Notice how the owner responds to negative reviews like a child talking back, instead of thanking the people that gave his business a good review and ignoring the rest. Something else that isnt in your policy

Worst car wash ever. Avoid this place at all costs. I paid for a wash including vacuum and none of the mats were put back properly(Never experienced this).Very poor job vacuuming my car - i can do a mich better job w my home vacuum. Will not go back here ever again and will ensure all of my friends and family are aware to STAY AWAY!

These guys are awesome. I had some Stan on my car seat. These guys did terrific job and remove all he stain from my car seats and door panels. There price was decent and staff was extremely helpful. I be using these guys for car wash from now on and will most definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you guys.

Had a great car wash! Managers Special $13.99, a little pricey but I my car was extremely dirty and I need more than just the basic (which was only $5.99). They were very courteous and had my car done in under 20 minutes, even with 6 cars ahead of me. Will definitely go back!

Nothing about this place was worth it. My family was racially discriminated by an employee and the ad to completely re wash my vehicle due to a half hearted job. Poor service with a combined rude employee is what got this business a one star. We will not be coming back.

Brought my company truck in to get detailed. It wasnt quite clean enough on the inside, so I asked if they would clean a little deeper and one young man jumped in with no hesitation and did a great job. This place is really hard to beat for the price.

One of the best car washes in the dallas / garland area. Prices are reasonable. They offer multiple deals. Including unlimited car wash club and also prepaid gift card at a discount. Have recommended to all my friends.

Overall great service and value. You have to go when its not crowded to get a properly cleaned car, especially around the wheels and rims. That means dont go on Wednesday or during peak hours.

Wasnt the best wash. Pain for tires to be shined and gave the man a $12 tip. This is what happens when you pay for something before the service done. Never again!
