Just left the establishment and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I paid for their deluxe $30 car wash and tip $5 only. Unfortunately, I walked out to my car and see that the windshield had a new knick in it and it was cracked from the top to the bottom. As soon as I notify them of what has happened, I was immediately told there is no way they could be responsible for that. I waited 15 minutes for the manager to come out and tell me if I had a problem I could call the police otherwise there is nothing they would do. He advised me that this is why it is good that I have full coverage insurance. What an effing joke. The absolute lowest level of service I have ever experienced. Go there if you dont mind over priced car washes and horrible service.

I have been going to White Rock Car Bath for over 30 years. It is a friendly, family run business. I have never had damage done to my car. The owner must treat his employees well, because they never leave. The same group has worked there for decades. They now have a $6 external wash only which is a great deal, because I dont need the interior cleaned every week. You get the added bonus of hand drying, however. I regularly have my drivers mat steamed cleaned. A great value for $3. I also find that their exterior detail is a great deal. They dont leave any "rings" when removing the paste wax (as my dealer did). The cost is about half what the Lexus dealer charges, as well, and the car looks gorgeous.

I called to make sure I can get an interior wash and the lady told me it was an additional service for $30. I get there and the men working were so rude and told me they didnt do that and if they did theyd charge me $80 for ONE PASSENGER SEAT AND ID HAVE TO COME BACK LATE AFTERNOON TO PICK UP MY CAR!! This place has terrible service and needs to get their stuff together...I called my mom because I was so annoyed and she told me she went there 1 time and they didnt washout correctly and she paid $50. THIS IS 2 REVIEWS IN 1. If you want a good car wash by good people I suggest JC Car wash off wasnt hill road. Now thats a 5 Sar car wash and better price.

I got the $120 full detail / wash. My car went in pretty dirty, not extremely bad, but bad enough to get the shampoo treatment. I am about 50% sure I had rear floor mats that had come with the car, however, my wife was very confident it had them. When I picked up the car after the detail, the only mats I had were the front ones that came with the car, and the plastic ones that I bought at wal-mart. The rear Toyota seat mats that came with the car, were missing. He offered to give me some old ones they had in the back, but I wasnt interested in getting a different brand mat.

Car was cleaned inside and out as expected, but some ass apparently mistook my back-up camera to be the hatch release button and pressed on it hard enough to snap the plastic tabs and frame that held it in place. Now back-up camera is dangling from a wire and Ive learned its a $500 repair. The best part? They didnt tell me about it, and I didnt find out until trying to back out of my driveway the next morning. Not my favorite.

I Love this Place.....for the others who complain about the vaccum and windows. If your car needs a Full Detail. Pay for the results of a Full Detail. If you take your car weekly and keep it maintained, you wouldnt have to blame the Car Bath. They have an awesome Drop off Detail service. If you stay around pushing and snapping your fingers. Dont expect Good results. No one works well under pressure.

The worst car wash Ive ever experienced. They did a horrible vacuum job, then once I pulled off I looked at my windows in the back they looked as if they were never touched. I went immediately back to have them redo the windows and noticed the whole car was still dirty. I told them I could have done that myself, it was still dirty. I had to take it somewhere else to get it cleaned.

I got the $12.95 Car Bath and I added tire dressing for $3. Whoever vacuumed didnt do such a great job, the car wash got my truck nice and clean, and the guy who washed the windows and did the finishing touches did great. If the vacuum guy would have taken his time and done a better job, I would say it was an excellent car wash.

I never leave there without having to go back and ask for them to re-do something. The only reason I go there EVER is because its close by. They vacuum SO fast to try to get it finished but they dont do quality work. Its worth it to drive to Mockingbird to get a good service.

Rudest people ever. I get there and asked if they could wash the inside of my car and they got all mad and started talking in Spanish about me acting like I didnt understand them. Lol whatever I just told them "Ill go somewhere else" (in Spanish). So rude, dont go here!

My experience is the same as some of the other reviewers. The outside of the car was perfect...the best external wash Ive ever had anywhere. But, it looks like they barely even touched the inside. I had to go back and do it myself.

Very nice staff but they suck at vacuuming ! They left a lot of dirt behind . I bought the mega car bath and I will never go back again. 34.00 dollars for "everything " psh . rather clean my truck myself.

This place needs maintenance and bad, the foam brush on the stall I originally used wasnt working, then I moved to another stall and the pressure washer nozzle was broken. Very pricey too.

Great job cleaning. Not so well at listening to what u want done this is my second time that i have to pay extra to have them put armor all protectant. Other than that good.

They do a pretty good job. Its not overly expensive and the staff seem helpful. Attention to detail is defiantly not there, but for the price its not bad.
