Have went there for almost 4 years Very discouraging workmanship today. Manager played avoid the problem and deny it. The oil changer trying to be mechanics loosened the battery cable while doing the oil change (then beat on my starter to get the car to start) They said my car came in like that. I told them starters do not do that. So after there master technician denied any fault of theres I took my car from there. (I WATCHED THERE LUBE TECH TURN WRENCHES ON THE SIDE OF MY CAR this is not needed for a oil change , denying manager said he was checking my air filter( it is on the other side of the car) I am not the little old lady from kingwood who does not know what happened. (I NOW TAKE THE CAR TO MY MECHANIC 30 MINUTE RIDE. Luckily they knocked the wire loose and we repaired it. They had NO REASON to Beat on the STARTER. They even had no reason to lie. Then the manager tells me the Owner is Arcelio Manzano. He is actually the manager who was not in today. The owner is Jack Keith and Jack D Keith Beware they will not own up to there mistakes. These techs are not very well trained or educated. I am in a position to fix there mistake, you may not be. I would not be surprised if these guys destroy an engine or two soon . The saddest part is I called the manager who only response was to tell me I forgot to pay them. Which I went back and did. I would be very careful with there lube center there avoiding there mistakes and will only deny when they caused the problem. Mine just cost me an hour ride and a laugh. I will No longer use them for either services. That is only a couple of hundred a year for them. BEWARE OF LUBE CENTER THERE GUESSING. While there car wash service cashiers are always very nice and polite There manager on DUTY ONLY DENIED AND MADE EXCUSES> REMEMBER THE OWNERS ARE AVOIDING PEOPLE. BEWARE OF THE UNSKILLED LUBE CENTER

After dropping my car and my husbands truck off for a detail, we were told by my salesman, his salesman, and the counter attendant inside that they would call us when our vehicles were ready. We left our names, phone numbers, and vehicle descriptions on a clipboard designated for such information before leaving the premises. I happened to be back in the area later in the day and picked up my car. At that point, I asked three separate individuals if we would be receiving a phone call when my husbands truck was ready, and they all assured me that we would. After waiting another hour or so and receiving no phone call, we drove over to find Flagship closed, no employees in sight, doors locked, and my husbands truck locked inside the car wash bay. We called the main line for the business and could not even leave a voicemail. This morning, I drove over and spoke to their manager, Marco, upon arrival. He assured me that this was definitely a problem. He apologized and offered me a free car wash. This is such an insufficient gesture considering the circumstances, and I told him so. He said that he could not refund the money I paid for the detail (which upon inspection was poorly done for the price). I lost an hour of my work day to pick up the vehicle in the morning after they opened at 8, and we were without our vehicle overnight. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional way to run a business and we will not be returning in the future. As previously loyal customers who used Flagship for oil changes, inspections, car washes, and details, we will happily never go back to this business.

Im sitting in Flagship now. My husband came this morning to have truck cleaned and went away dissatisfied because they do not do a thorough job. He had to pay extra for them to clean his truck adequately. I came in to have my vehicle cleaned because we both have monthly unlimited washings. We discussed canceling our monthly service because after 3 months, we have been TOTALLY dissatisfied with the job they do. When I arrived I spoke with the cashier and she said I wasnt allowed to cancel because its a 6 month commitment. I explained how both my husband and I were not satisfied with their services. When she refused to cancel our contract, I asked to speak to the manager. Upon speaking to Marco, the manager, he agreed to cancel our contract. However, he was rude and tried to take my car out of the service line without servicing it. I explained the we were paid up to the 28th of the month and wanted it serviced as it should be without having to pay extra as we both have been previously charged to have our vehicles cleaned. He claimed that we were never charged more. Totally inaccurate on his part. Weve paid $20+ for our vehicles to be cleaned on top of our monthly fees. Needless to say, Marco was disrespectful and walked away mouthing about the situation. We will no use this business again! Customer Service matters!

Well Ill never be going to Flagship Car Wash again, and I recommend you dont either. I went to get an oil change and car wash there today and while my car was going through the wash, the machine managed to pull off my wheel cover and crack it in half. When I confronted the manager, he told me they would replace it because it happened there. A bit of time goes by and the manager calls me over to my car and explains that theyre NOT, in fact, going to replace my wheel cover. They claimed that theyre not liable because there was a crack in it beforehand and when I inquired as to why they ran it through the machine if they noticed the crack and knew this was going to happen, they claimed it was my cars fault, not theirs. I will NEVER be giving them my business again, and its a shame because the guys over at the Oil and Lube station are awesome.

LOUSY customer service... lousy car wash Was told I would get free wash with oil change. Well, I decided to splurge & upgrade the wash to the "super" and they said I would get a $13 discount off that price (cost of basic free wash). I came back later & was told my vehicle was "finished". Well, they lied. There were water spots & drips marks all over, it hadnt been waxed or buffed, there was no fragrance added, and they had not vacuumed or wiped down the cargo area (suburban) at all. Then when I went inside to pay, already frustrated about the lousy job, I was told I would not get the $13 off unless I had a coupon! Incredible!!! Everyone in my office USED to go there. But they all saw my vehicle as I came straight to work from the carwash & have all said theyll never go back!

Went to the lube shop to get an oil change and was shown that I would get half off of my car wash. They handed me my receipt and sent me next door to the car wash where I discovered they simply took $10 off of a $40 wash, not half off. I then spoke with the clerk about this mishap and she pretty much dismissed it and said that the lube shop was wrong. At this time my girlfriend and I simply said she should talk to the lube shop so that they are on the same page and not spreading misinformation. She said she would but did not when she had them on the phone in front of us. Disappointed in the way this situation was handled. Also oil change wasnt exactly cheap.
