BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible car wash! Non-existent customer service. Rude, Rude, Rude! Ive been there 4 times and had issues all 4 times. The last time, today, being my final visit there. I waited outside as my car was being washed and when it came time to dry it, I noticed my car just sitting there unattended. The car wash only had 1 other car being worked on and there were 11 people working on it. 9 on the outside and 2 on the inside. Then, FINALLY, 1 worker without an ounce of enthusiasm, started half-assed drying my car with a soaking wet towel. He kept wringing it out so the car wasnt actually being dried. I went inside and said to the man behind the counter (I found out after the fact, was the owner), in a sort of joking manner, is the owner of that BMW a friend of the family? Why do they have so many attendants drying their car but I only have one attendant using a wet towel? The owner then explained to me that the other wash being performed was an Executive wash and I only had the Basic. He starts having a temper tantrum asking what he should do about it? Its YOUR business, you clown, why are you asking ME how to run your business? He then added, If some of those men finish and WANT to come over and help dry my car, they are free to do so. EXCUSE ME??? LMAO... Then, another man walked by who I mistakenly thought was the owner (hes actually the manager) and who is quite nice and I told him what happened. I also told him this was my last visit here as this was beyond ridiculous and the man behind the counter was so rude, I couldnt believe it. THEN, get ready to LOL... The owner comes out after the manager told him what I said and tells me I am not welcome to return. What is the point of telling someone they arent welcome to return AFTER they say they arent returning? :) No wonder this place is always empty. There are plenty of good car washes in town. This, most certainly, is not one of them. Rude and incompetent. No thanks. Dreams Soap Mister Car Wash Bubbles All far better washes with more polite owners. Theyre always busy which is why I came here a few times but now I see why this place is always dead. Id rather wait a little longer at a busier car wash than deal with these awful jerks.

I took my Acura here this morning despite all of the negative comments on yelp because my colleague recommended it. I went there, asking for a wash and wax. The car came out nice until I notice there is a dent on the back of the passenger side. I asked the guy who was waxing my car and he responded that they didnt do it. Knowing I cannot do anything at that time, I decided to let it go and went home in such an disappointment. When I got home, I pulled my car in the garage and noticed some rattling noise from the exhaust. It turned out to be a bunch of water that some how got into the exhaust when they were washing my car. My best guess is that they spray the water from below and somehow the water caught the exhaust - letting water in. Unacceptable service and experience. These guys are way too CARELESS for your car. If you love your car, learn from my mistake by reading the negative comments - take your car somewhere else. A dent and an exhaust with water are more than I can handle in 1 visit. Never again!

Updated** Terrible place. Extremely rude people owner. Shoddy work. I went across the street for breakfast and returned to find SIX employees rummaging through my belongings. Wouldnt recommend to an enemy. Paid for the "executive wash and wax"..What a joke. Found a large spot of dirt on the passenger rear door and other extremely obvious areas of evidence of poor washing ave no wax being applied whatsoever. I brought it back by and was greeted once again with rudeness. I was told by the manager that " washing and waxing wont remove the dirt thats under the clear coat." Idiot, what car manufacturer clear coats a giant dirt spot in a door. Ive, since, wiped the dirt spot myself...it came off with ease, unbelievably. I told the manager to his face how terrible he was going at his job and that I wouldnt return. Seemed to me that he wasnt surprised at the remarks. He must get it often.

Ive read the other reviews, and I almost didnt patronize this place because of how bad they were. But, I just moved to Houston and figured I would go in, meet the owner, mention the reviews and see how I felt about the place in-person. Glad I did. I met the guy at the front counter (Darren) and the owner (Kevin). There was nothing rude about them. Friendly. Professional. And most importantly, my Jeep looks shiny, new, and clean! Ill definitely be back. Ill tell my neighbors about them (as they are VERY close to the high-rise I just moved into) and my other car is an exotic, which Ill bring back to have cleaned BECAUSE Kevin & Darren make me feel like a valued customer, and that they want their customers to be happy. So, I guess Id just advise you try this place the same way I did. And ask to speak to Kevin if youre concerned about the other reviews. Hes a nice guy.

Awful management! The tall white male that sits in the office "trying" to manage this operation ripped me off! I paid him $250 for six months up front and 3 months into my service agreement he said I had to pay him for another 3 months!! He did not honor the 6 months I paid for and pulled a bait & switch on me! Very dishonest person to do business with and if you ever do, please get everything in writing as this person is a complete dishonest business person that took cash up front $250 for 6 months of service and only delivered 3 months before he wanted to charge again...Too bad for his hard working staff as they do a great job, but as for me, I took my business elsewhere. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well and he will be hearing from them.

Do not recommend......horrible experience! Needed my car detailed! Paid $175 dropped car off at 11:45am. Told it would take hour half to two hours. Was told they would call me once ready. After three hours no phone call. So I called, answering machine. I left message. After another 45 minutes passed and still no call, I called again. Was told car was ready. So disappointed in work. Had to rush out for dinner with friends. Realized there is no way in hell my car was detailed. Car was more dirty inside from smudges and dirty rags & hands. The dirt that was there prior was still present,plus more. Called immediately, of course I could not bring back that evening. Returning tomorrow morning.....hoping to get a huge discount. Do not recommend!!!!

Yes off if I could give more then 5 stars I will. I dont know if you have ever been to uptown car wash in the galleria, if have you know how great they are at hand washing and detailing each type of vehicle, from beat up cars to $100,000 Lamborghinis and Ferraris. If you havent been to uptown car wash in the galleria you should definitely get there and you can see for yourself how well of a job they do. And another big reason I return over and over is that you can leave all types of belongs in your car and they will still be there when you get back in your vehicle after being detailed. So come on down to the car wash and get that car looking like new.
