The short version is that car spa damaged my vehicle and have given me the run around for over a month without fixing it. I was a repeat customer who brought multiple cars there for years (probably spending a couple of thousand dollars all together). Never again. Long version: 1 month ago, on a Saturday, I came in for an oil change and general cleaning (inside and out). After the oil change but during the cleaning inside the car, an employee broke my rear view mirror off in such a way that it couldnt be reattached. The guy who broke the mirror was very apologetic and I wasnt particularly upset about that (accidents happen). What did bug me was waiting beside my car for 30 minutes until a manager (Juan) could look at the damage and take down my details. On the back of their copy of the receipt, I wrote down my name, number, make, model, VIN, etc and since it was the weekend, Juan promised to call me on Monday with a resolution. No one calls me on Monday. I wait until Thursday to call them and after 20 mins on hold am told that the part has been ordered and that they will call me when it comes in. No one calls me the following week. I call on Friday and after a lot of hold time, I am told that the wrong part arrived, had to be returned and the correct one ordered. I will be called when it arrives. No one calls me the following week. I show up in person on Sunday and talk to Juan (who doesnt remember me of course). I describe the repeated calls, the repeated runaround and how after three weeks, this just needs to be made right. He promises, to my face, to make amends and take care of me and fix my mirror. I am clear that I will wait 1 week and if it is not resolved by then, I start posting my experience online. That was 9 days ago. Car Spa, your staff lie to your customers, repeatedly, on the phone and in person and it reflects very poorly on your company as a whole. It must be obvious by now to anyone reading this that they never ordered a replacement mirror, let alone a second one. It was a lie to get a customer off of the phone. You have lost a customer for life.

I wish I had a better word for it, but thats the only thing I can think of here. Let me explain... On Thursday the 30th, my wife took the car there for a state inspection and a car wash. Was promised a time of "30-45 minutes" for BOTH of them to be completed. two hours and 10 minutes later, the car was barely ready. When I got home from work, I went outside to look at it and found my carpets to be soaked to the core. the kind of soaked like you left your windows down during a hurricane, soaked. And realized my mats werent in the car! Opened the trunk and found them SOAKING my work supplies. They were so wet, the trunk carpet was soaked. That is just not right. I didnt have time to take it back up there because I was due in another town early in the morning so I decided to use a bissel vac to get the rest of the water out of my car. Called the manager and told him the situation and he said come by. Went there and was doing his VERY best to get out of refunding me the money but I persisted that I had to do the work his crew couldnt. I ended up getting my money back, but will refuse to do business with them again. You should follow my advice and not use them, either.

My husband and I have been to Car Spa a couple of times, we live in Midtown and it is convenient. A few weeks ago my husband took his Jetta to get it fully detailed a $100 service. when we went to pick the car up we noticed the VW was missing from his rims. When we spoke to the manager about it he said there was really nothing they could do but glue the VW back on. The rims are about 6 months old so we decided to have them fixed privately. Today I decided to go back and give them another shot since sometimes things happen and we may have gotten a wonky rim. I dropped my car off and returned about an hour later to the nob that controls my telescoping mirrors snapped off. The control is on the driver door and the knob was in the center console, so they know it broke and said nothing to me. I asked to speak to the manager and he very rudely explained to me that since I bought my car used they were not going to repair it because I did not know if it had been previously damaged. REALLY?? When I brought my car to them it was not broken now the piece is snapped off. He offered to super glue it back on even though that would destroy the function of the nob. I will not be returning.

I usually go to the car spa in NW Houston in FM 1960 and Eldridgr. I get everything done here....oil change. detailing, etc. Now that I work in Midtown I decided to go to the Car Spa on Brazos. I figured that they would give me the same quality service that I receive at the other location. Man was I wrong!!!. I purchased a interior wash priced @ $16.99. Now I was not expecting a full detailing job, but i was expecting that all crumbs and trash cleaned out of my car and for it to be wiped down well. When asked if i was satisfied with my service i politley stated no and asked if an area i noticed still had crumbs be cleaned out. The guy just sprayed some random solution in the car and wiped once. I ended up taking the rag from the guy and wiping the area myself. As I was leaving, I noticed more crumbs and items that were clearly trash...a q-tip, tissue paper...left in the car. I ended having to clean out areas that were left unclean and throw out additional trash . The only reaon I gave this review two stars is because my tires were cleaned well, yet I have not examined those fully. I will stick with the Car Spa on FM 1960 and Eldridge.

i dropped my car off for an oil change, engine cleaning and "ultimate car wash." when i returned to pick up my car i noticed some areas that were overlooked when they did the final wipe down. i had to persuade an employee to allow me to use a towel to finish the job they did not. other than that, the outside looked ok. when i looked inside it appeared that someone went over the paneling with a towel at best. there was dog hair, and dirt in places you would expect to have been cleaned. there was no use of armor-all or any other type of protectant (something you might expect with the "ultimate wash.") so i left fairly disappointed but otherwise happy. when i got home and parked, i was getting some things out of the trunk when i noticed the antenna was broken and scotch taped back on. that was the most upsetting part of this experience. had someone said something to me and offered to pay the damages i would have been more sympathetic. the clean job, customer service and the damage to my car are enough for me to never set foot in this place again.
