Terrible drive through wash! I paid for the best wash they had, which is supposed to have all the extra spray waxes, coatings and tire shine. The wash was definitely less than 3 minutes, probably less than 1 minute and several of the extra items were not spraying when the lights indicated they were. After I left, I pulled into a gas station to fill up and noticed that the front and rear bumpers and lights were not even touched by the wash, and there were large spots all over that the wash had missed. There was no tire shine and my wheels were filthy. I had to use the gas station paper towels to wipe off all the dirt that the car wash missed. It took me 10 to 15 minutes to clean it myself. One thing they did not miss was to charge my credit card.

Went in for a "do it yourself car wash" about 30 minutes ago. The pressure wasnt even working correctly on the triple foam and wash hose. I couldnt get any water at all in the wash cycle and the knobs on the wash selections were broken. I went over to the automated wash to run my car through the wash again because my car was covered in foam. The attendant tells me while Im pulling in to pay to have my car rinsed off again "hey dont pull up youll mess up the timing cycle". Price $16.00 Ive been here several times before where it worked okay but, after this shady experience I will not ever go back and I will probably dispute the $10.00 charge for a car wash I never received.

The gentleman working there was very nice and accommodating and they have a lot of cleaning products to choose from. My complaint is it ended up costing me $300! The big drive through was $12.50 for "the works" & not 1 body panel was completely cleaned. I had to use a bay & drop another $10 to redwash it myself by hand! Im also 99% sure the drive through wash cracked my windshield. The brush roll that goes across top of car made loud noise at my windshield & i saw the crack when drying it. I cant prove it wasnt there prior to entering wash though so it ended up the most expensive car wash ever! And i had to do it myself anyways.

Just went through the wash, not only did it push my side mirror back the wrong way, also completely snapped and ripped out my antenna. I told the attendant who walked through and found it said yes this happens alot usually they should be removed. So i said now i have to buy a new one, he said um yeah we are not responsible sorry, next time you come i will remove it. YEAH LIKE I WILL EVER COME BACK HERE DUMBASS. I have to replace the whole housing and buy a new antenna for $178, the car wash barley cleaned my truck, needless to I wouldnt recommend this car wash to my worst enemy.

This has got to be the worst car wash I have ever been to. I got the $12.00 "top of the line wash" and my car is still extremely dirty. On top of the crappy wash job, it bent my antenna, broke my antenna housing and pushed my side mirror back causing the mirror assembly to crack. Find another car wash, this place is a dump!

I will go here for do it yourself but once I went through the automatic part and you have to put your wheel in that track and that made me so nervous and the attendant did not try to guide me and acted like I should just know I really had a bad experience. HEB has the best drive through no tire track to line up with.

If you need you car clean come by here and do it yourself. They have a canopy of the vacuum area so you are out of the direct sun when drying you vehicle and cleaning the inside. So stop by and dont drive a dirty car around town.

The automated 3 minute one, on the most expensive $10 wash left water spots, i had to re-wash my car when i got home, plus they charged my card twice! Beware. Use the car wash down Rayford towards I-45, much better.

Please do not waste your money here... paid $9 for the deluxe car wash and my car looks the same but now with water spots everywhere. Total waste of money!!

My favorite car wash. They do actually always have an attendant available. Decent prices for a good cleaning. I wish their vacuums were a bit stronger.

It was safe, clean . Make sure you have at least 10 dollars of quarters . Took probably 25 minutes and $8. So a little mis leading.

The automatic car was sucks bad for 12$ for 12$ you can hand was it there the drive in just doesnt clean the bottom half of the car

Just went today! 3-minute Basic car wash, was in a rush to get my car cleaned during my lunch. Really courteous attendant!

I always feel safe when the attendant is working, very friendly. I also like the vacumm to the far right very strong.

The machine took my money but did not turn on. There is no attendant to report it to so Im out $3 with no recourse.

Wanted to get love bugs off my car....fail. Looks just as. Ad as it did when I went in. Waste of 12 bucks.
