Usually always go here and they usually do great.. until these last couple times, they took 3 mats out of my car and I never got them back even after pointing it out. They claimed I came there with only one mat in my backseat floor board and I know for a fact I had all four. Thieves. Also they left spots all over my car and rims. I brought it back to them and they still didnt get it all. They tried to say this is as good as it will come and had a horrible attitude. I came home after they said it wont come off and cleaned my rims and my actual car body with a sponge and barely scrubbed and it ALL came right off. Just took a tad bit of effort and for them to not be so lazy. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge when I went back from my mats being stolen and my car looking horrible and they didnt know who was in charge they said. Also I asked them to vacuum out my trunk and it was never done and I paid for armor all and it wasnt done either until I went back the 2nd time. They all had attitudes the whole time too because they didnt do their jobs right. So sad. Place turned into a nightmare. I also witnessed 2 of the hispanic girls in each others faces trying to fight upon my 1st time going before I had to go back to get my stuff redone. I eventually had to just come home and do my car myself though sadly because they couldnt get it right. Horrible customer service skills.. stay away from here now.

Ive brought my car ⟪which, btw, is a GMC Envoy, which is an SUV with bucket seats in front & 2 bench seats in back plus the trunk area in the very back so its not a small car, by any means⟫ here twice so far to get washed & detailed. The 2nd time, I also had them shampoo the carpets because Ive got 2 Great Dane puppies & theyd both gotten sick & had accidents all over my car! Not only did they shampoo the carpets, detail the interior & wash the exterior, but they managed to get all of the diarrhea cleaned up & my car was spotless when I got it back, just 3 hours & only $75 later! The reason I say "JUST 3 hours & ONLY $75" later is because that wasnt the 1st time my puppies had gotten sick & had accidents in my car, it was the 2nd time…the 1st time, they got sick & had accidents in my car, I cleaned it up by myself & it took me all day & into the evening & then, a few hours later we were going home, & they got sick again! Needless to say, I definitely did NOT want to clean it up again so I took to Lopez Detailing & they did an amazing job & they didnt charge me an arm & a leg, although I wouldnt have blamed them if they had! Ask I can say is: thank you so much Lopez Detailing & Ill be in sometime soon cause my cars definitely needing a bath again soon, but I promise it wont have Great Dane puppy accidents all over it this time!
