I have been going here for years. To start with the lube shop is very professional. When either of my vehicles is in the bay i dont have to worry about anything. They have found leaks and broken equipment from other repair shops or other lube shops on that rare occasion that I go somewhere else. They also keep a very good record of a maintenance done to my vehicle and remind me ahead of time when i have a flush or other maintenance coming up. There is never any tricking you into buying services you dont need. The managers Will and Sergio are very knowledgeable about most vehicles and if they dont know something they do their best to figure is out. It is hard to get service like this anymore. The car wash is great. When you drive by dont get discouraged at the long line it moves quickly (much quicker than aqua on 242). Once it makes it out of the carwash there is a detailer on it. Any (rare) time I have seen a problem there Kevin (manager) or one of the other managers is not hard to find and they are very polite even when some of the customers are being extremely rude and disrespectful. They work at a very efficient pace the only time they stop is when they are waiting on people that arent paying attention to come get their finished car. The ladies working behind the counter are very polite and have always taken care of me even when i lose my ticket. All around good job to everyone at rainbow car care. Some People just will never be happy or are looking to get free services that only slows down the decent customers that are more than willing to pay for services rendered. This business has been around for as long as i can remember and has been packed with cars on anyday its not raining there can only be one reason for this and thats good service.

I will never go here again!!!! I went in to get a car wash and detail the inside and paid extra to have the backseat shampooed cause my daughter has gotten stuff all on the seats. I didnt mind having to pay extra cause my car needed it. The girl told me it wouldnt take longer than an hour to do it all. I was hesitant at first cause I had my 20 month old daughter and knew she would get restless if it was longer than that but she assured me it wouldnt tak too long. So first of all it was so hot in there me and my daughter were sweating. My poor baby girls hair was all wet from how hot it was. After waiting 2 HOURS they finally Wave me to my car to inspect it and what do I find???? All the stains are still on the backseat. I asked if they shampooed the seats and the guy said no that wasnt included and it took another worker to come show him on the receipt that the seats should of been done. By this point Im so hot, tired and made that I just want to go home. Then the manager comes out to ask me to go back inside and wait why they do it. After undoing the car seat and noggle and waiting 2 hours for nothing... I was not going back inside I simply asked for my money back so I could just take my daughter home. The manager was more worried about not losing that money then the fact of how miserable this whole experience made us feel. Finally he gave me my money back and after getting everything reinstalled in the car with a hot, restless, sleepy baby, I will NEVER go back to this place. They dont care about their customers.

I get my oil changed here every 5,000 miles and have been doing so for the past 2 years. I usually have an exceptional visit. After today I will not be returning. I waited for a good 5 minutes before anyone greeted me, when someone finally came out they were sucking on a popsicle and I didnt receive as much as an "Im sorry" for the amount of time Id been waiting. I finally made it to the bay and theres a woman who WROTE down all of my personal information. Name, address, phone number ect. (I didnt think anything of it at the time) Well I get home and realize my keys to my house are missing. I give them a call and they wind up having them and knew exactly where they "fell out of the car" from. They also put the wrong mileage on my sticker and file. My car has over 100k miles on it and they put 11k on my records. When she "fixed it", she only messed it up more. I currently have 113,090 miles on my car. According to their records, I can wait till my car hits 163,090 miles to get another change. Holy cow, if that were the case and I get 50,000 miles out of this one change, maybe I will be coming back! (Sarcasm) Everybody makes mistakes but this was one too many without ANY ownership or apologies. They should get a whole new set of staff IMHO. Done with this place, bye Felicia.

This place is very expensive and they do not tell you when your car is done. I paid eighty dollars for a thorough cleaning and wax. After waiting two hours I went outside to see if they had finished my car. It was sitting on the side cleaned. I asked several workers outside how long the car had been done; they looked at me like I was speaking English, the language they do not know. This is the second time this has happened and it is ridiculous that I paid 80 dollars for my car to be cleaned and yet know one says "hey your car is ready." I am tempted to go back early in the morning sometime to get my car cleaned and wait until after closing to see if they say my car is ready. For waiting two hours, I could have washed and waxed my car myself; as I previously did when I lived in 5 hours away. Enjoy the picture.

Very slow service, I literally watch one guy detailing father in laws Tahoe, for over 1 hour. Mind you this was not a complete detail. Just a really good cleaning with carpet shampoo too. On top of all this they broke one side rear window defogger wire. Took anther 20 minutes to fix it and it fell off right again. No car wash manager on duty so oil change manager said that the person would call me back. He never did. PLACE WAS SUPER BUSY AND NO MANAGER ON DUTY. Cashiers look at me like I had two heads when I asked for him!!! Unfortunately the only full service wash near my house - but never going back again!

Went here get a full detail for fathers day. During my visit they damaged my front seat. Tore thr leather. I asked them repair they said they would telle went get estimate for the repair which was $856.89. Manager was like that to much money. Should only cost 50-60 bucks. I asked for full refund of $135 plus my decutible on my insurance claim they refused give a refund or pay a dime. This slimiest car wash place I ever been to I called every single day for week never a manger on duty. I came in person guy swore up down that damg is impossible. Why would I pay 135 have my seats detailed if they were damage
