worst experience ever! Today 9/18/2016 around 1:30 PM i went to this ROYAL LUBE CENTER 16502 KUYKENDAHL IN HOUSTON, TX. looking for a service such as an oil change for my car. i have been a customer of this business for a few years now and i have never experienced something so wrong. i arrived and waited more than 30 minutes to get my oil change, finally after a while of waiting one of the workers comes in with a smile on his face saying "your key broke" i was like wtf you mean my key broke? this man literally forced the key so hard trying to turn on my car that he broke my key in half!!! so i said well you will have to pay for it and of course he made a fit about it, they called the manager and he started yelling at me about the key. the whole time in my mind im like WTF IS GOING ON HERE THIS MAN JUST BROKE MY DAMN KEY! (MIND YOU THE COST 300$ TO GET IT REPLACED! ) SO THEN THEY BRING THIS THE GIRL INTO THE SITUATION, SHES ONE OF THE CASHIER WOMEN. this woman starts to yell at me about the key. and i said "maam i came here to get an oil change not to get my key broke in half" she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. thats not all...they removed all of the engine oil from my car and never added more new oil to it and never put back the oil cap, i ended up calling the cops and telling them about it. OMG it was the worst experience ever., THE CRAZY PART IS..,WHEN WE WERE IN THE WAITING ROOM (WAY BEFORE ANY OF THIS HAPPENED) A WOMAN CAME TO ME AND SAID "A WEEK AGO I CAME HERE TO GET MY OIL CHANGE, AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER REPLACED THE OIL CAP AND ALL THE OIL LEAKED OUT AND MY ENGINE BLEW) I WAS LIKE DAMN THATS WRONG...LITTLE DID I KNOW I WAS IN FOR A BIG MESS :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( SMH NOW MY CAR HAS NO OIL AND THEY KEY IS BROKEN,,,ITS JUST PARKED OUTSIDE LOOKING SAD. SMH I AM SO DISAPPOINTED UPSET AND JUST APPALLED BY IT ALL. I HAD TO WRITE THIS. I WISH I HAD THE OWNERS NUMBER OR LET SOMEONE ABOVE THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, IF SOMEONE HAS THE NUMBER I NEED PLEASE LET ME KNOW, THIS IS WRONG

I took my truck in 10/17 to get cleaned as I have many times before. Its a work Truck with a service bed, so its a hand wash, exterior only. I have always paid $30, and I drop it off in the morning and pick it up before they close in the afternoon because my office is next door. Well this time they called me and said it would be $50, I told them no because thats too much to pay for exterior wash, then they said they would do it for the $30. Now I dont expect it to be perfect but I do expect it to be cleaned. I went to pick up the truck after they called and said it was done. Paid my bill and went out to the truck, I was terrible, they missed so many parts for the truck it looked bad. I went in to tell them about the condition of the wash job. The young lady at the counter said that it should have been $50 and she doesnt know why they gave me a discount. Then the manager came out asked how I was and gave me back my $30. I asked him to come look at the truck to see how bad it was and he said it is a very difficult truck to wash. I told him it a Chevy 3500 pickup with a square box on the back, how hard can it be to wash it. I asked if he could take a minute to come look at it at least. I was told " No, my time is way too valuable and its worth more than yours. So leave now and dont ever come back". I was so appalled at his comment. Then I went to leave and they couldnt find my key, one of the employees had them in his pocket and had left. So the moral of this story. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DO! I dont know who owns this establishment but they need to fire this guy and the careless employees. The pictures dont show the dirt to well but you can see where it wasnt even touched

Poor management and only mediocre cleaning. After waiting 40+ minutes for my car to be moved toward the wash tunnel and having 8 cars that came after mine go first, we complained to the cashier who had originally taken the wash order and knew we had been waiting to ask for the manager for a refund. When the manager arrived he would not listen to why we wanted a refund, did not ask what the problem was, and was not interested in solving any problems. Instead he argued about how long we "truly" waited and said he himself would never ask for one. A simple "Im sorry about the wait let me ensure your car will go next" would have solved the issue. We were refunded but will never go back. A hostile manager who does not wish to solve problems does not make for a good business.

I tried this place out for the first time sunday 1-3-16. I chose the 39.99 wash. Detailed in and out. The wait was an hour but I waited 1 1/2 because the staff forgot to tell me my car was ready and left my keys on the tire. They should take numbers or something. I sat for 30 minutes and the staff said they told me my car was ready when that was a lie. No one informed me. As for the wash? They detailed my car right and had it looking great with air fresheners in the package it smelled nice too. The staff was still polite and the waiting area and restrooms were very clean. Free popcorn came in handy with my kids and my son got free candy from one of the gentlemen. I will go back. They just need a better system with finished cars. Dont leave our keys on the tire.

Anthony was the manager of this fiasco; I spent 25 dollars here and it looks like seven year olds washed my car. Most of the interior was not touched , what was touched was half done; the exterior was similar; dirty spots, bugs still on the front, door jambs not cleaned and so on. They had one poor girl vacuuming and one running back and forth from the customer ticket area to the register. (the back of my small SUV was not vacuumed) There were nine cars waiting when I waked in the building. As I was complaining to the manager Anthony, two other customers with the same complaint heard his responses and vowed they would not return either. His response was " I got what I got" and then told me to have a great day. Its your money.

Last time I was here I ordered the oil change and the shampooing. The Oil change guy always tries to sell you the air filter even if you dont need a new one. When I received my car from the shampooing, the car had dirty spots and vacuum missed a lot of places. I dont blame the workers since it looks like they are being overworked. I dont know about the other reviews, but they look fake to me. I have being here like 10 times and they always do an "ok"job. This last time was my last.
