HORRIBLE PLACE THEY DAMAGED MY CAR!!!! They broke odd the emblem on my new Mercedes. I talked to the manager on duty and let him know what happened and he was nice. I asked him to check his cameras to confirm it was there and he said he would ans call me back. He called and asked me to come back to watch the video. It clearly showed up. I then said I also have cameras and when I lefr home it was clearly there. My cameras are commercial grade in full color and they admitted they say it and it was there when I left. All of a sudden some guy walked up and interrupted us and kept saying this happens all the time and there is a recall from mercedes. I said what are you talking about there is no recall from MercedesI should know I have one ans called my service ans asked him how does he think it would happen and what it would cost to replace which is about $100.00 I tries to talk and he kept interrupting me. The manager suggested to ask someone that orders parts next door. This guy came out and said he could do it and could get the part for about $35.00. I thought that was great then that guy interrupted me again saying he would do it if I paid for additional car wash services. I said who are you? He said he was the owner. Then I said why would I pay you after your machine damaged my car. He said take it or leave it. I said no way Im not stupid to let you take advantage of me. He said them leave and get out of here Im done. I said obviously he doesnt know how to treat a customer and his staff is better than he is. I proceeded to call the police. So waiting on them to arrive. This would have been resolved if he would have let his manager resolve it. Now its gotten even worse and Im filing a police report for proof and a potential lawsuit. He shouldnt have tried to be crooked!!!!!

My wife took our Suburban in for state inspection. It has passed inspection at this place before. The inspector told her that the window tint was too dark and wouldnt pass, but his buddy owned a tint place across the street so my wife should take it there to be re-tinted, mention the inspectors name, and she would get a good deal from his buddy. My wife pointed out that the same tint on our Suburban has passed state inspection at Dr. Gleem before. The inspector said the "law had changed" so now it doesnt pass. Within an hour of leaving Dr. Gleem a crack started spreading across the windshield. There was nothing wrong with the windshield when she took the vehicle in, of that I am 100% sure. I researched the alleged change in the law regarding window tint. The law did change...several years ago. So Dr. Gleem had previously passed the tint for state inspection subsequent to the change in the law. We took the Suburban to another state inspection facility down the street and the window tint passed without a problem. A replacement windshield was $300, we had it replaced at a trustworthy small town repair facility. Their assessment was that the crack, which starts on the very outside of the glass behind the windshield trim, was not the result of the windshield being struck by flying debris or such. In their opinion it was more likely someone left a tool (perhaps for light measurement) in the door and then closed the door, cracking the windshield. Based on this experience we will never take another vehicle to Dr. Gleem and I will tell all my friends and neighbors they shouldnt either.

Hello, I normally will not write a review unless the service is either outstanding or substandard. I have been going to this Dr. Gleem on Ella for 20 years. Over the years the quality has gone up and down but always been tolerable. Today I took a new car over and paid for a wax job that was their most expensive job. The car was there for 4 hours and when I picked it up, other than having the tires sprayed with Armor all to make them shiny, it literally looked no different. There were still bugs and dirt on the car you could wipe off with your hand. I paid them over $200 to drive it threw an automated car wash. They didnt even clean the brake dust off of the wheels. NEVER AGAIN. I will burn the money before taking over there and expecting it to be cleaned. And the guy said "bring it back with your receipt and they will redo it". If they did that bad of job this time, why would I EVER let them do my car again? I bucked the odds by taking it with all of the other bad reviews, I try not to make the same mistake again. 06/27/15

I would give a 0, if allowed. worst customer service ever!. I went there knowing that with oil change you get a car wash. In the process I have been asked 3 times which car wash I wanted. I told the employee Jose, that I was there for a oil change and the basic car wash that comes with it. He kept asking me over and over, making me look like I did not know what I was there for. Of course, when I went to retrieve my car and pay for it, Jose charged me $7.00 extra for a gem #2, or wherever its called. A service that I never requested. When asked the reason why I need to pay $7.00 extra, Jose said that he "asked" for my permission, in the process ( which he was actually just trying to upsell without listening to what I really was there for). I also told them, why would I pay any extra car wash service, if the oil change included a basic car wash?? I went into the car after paying the extra $7.00, and of course, the care was not even detailed or closely clean enough to be worthy the money.

I wish Dr. Gleem had an email address where I could send this review. I took my jeep in today and it was FILTHY! Id been transporting landscaping materials, plants, a long coat German Shepherd, and taken a few road trips to the country. I asked for a detail and the gentleman suggested what I think was the "super-clean" wash, not a full detail. I was skeptical because my Jeep was soooooooooooo dirty, but anything would have been better than how it was. LEO spent quite a bit of time on my beloved Jeep. When he was done, I WAS AMAZED, not only by his care, happy spirit and courtesy, in spite of giving him a GIANT mess to clean in over 100 degree heat, but the EXCELLENT job he did. Not a dog hair, speck of dust, fingerprint to be found. The Jeep looked much BETTER than when I bought it BRAND NEW with only 13 miles on it. The whole staff there is GREAT, and I even had an EXCELLENT salad for lunch while I waited. EXCELLENT - 5 stars!!

First time here. The guy that greeted me was rude when I gave him my car and he questioned me when I asked to vacuumed the inside of my car because he said it would take all day. I ended up getting just a basic car wash that should of taken no longer than 15 minutes they said. Well comes to find out I waited 35 minutes inside and no one ever called my name until I asked the lady at the front desk how more longer it would be. They didnt even know where my car was until I pointed it out to them. It had been left on for 15 minutes by itself on the side on the curb. I also had notified them I was in a rush before they even took my car in to wash. Poor customer service and left my vehicle unattended. Didnt even come to notify me when my car was done, I waited inside the office because it was also cold out. If I never asked the lady at the front desk I wonder how more longer I would of waited....
