Una mierda de servicio numca de los numcas vallan a lavar su carro ahi las expectativas son de lo peor yo lave mi carro ahi y me fui a comer algo a y cuando sali del restaurante me di cuenta que estaba peor delo que lo avia traido el siguiente dia fui a ver si la gerente me decia no se preocupe nosotros selo limpiaremos si ningún costo pero no me salio muy enojada y me dijo la puerca que yo nada mas estaba tratando de agarrar un lavado gratis y le dije que iva. a perder muchos clientes y comp que no le importo nada por lo tanto numca vuelvo a ir a ese carwash por la falta de nivel profesional en el lugar en lugar de tratar de poner contento al cliente lo pone mas pero enojado so mal Terrible servicio al cliente!!!

This is not the same car wash it was years ago. I was raised in this area and my family have been taking their vehicles to Diamond for over 20 years. My most recent experience will be my last time ever going back. The staff, managemet, etc. caould care less if your vehicle actually gets cleaned. My rear passenger window was opened about 3 inches by someone before it went into the carwash. Half of my back seat and floor were soaked with water. They did not offer a refund or free wash for the next visit. It was simply an "Oh....were sorry. We can vacum it for you agian. Give us 10 more minutes.". Please keep in mind my truck was second in line but I had already been there for more than an HOUR!!! The lady at the register did not take me serious when I said id write a review of the horrible service I received and the lack of pride they have in their own work. Who Armoralls a tire when the rem is still covered in dirt?!!! THEY DO!! This place should only charge $5-$10 for the service they offer now. Gone are the good old days when the original owners took pride in what they built and who worked for them.

un servicio muy malo .. te roban te aruinan las cosas ..ami carro le quebraron una parte y loque icieron es un tal oscar quererme gritar ...amiiiiii. ja ja ja ledio raite al contrario ....nunca mas buelbo a ir a ese lugar ..muy pero muy mal servicio ...y demi cuenta corre que proteccion al consumidor se entere ...no pormi sino por la jente q se atreba a ir a ese cochino lugar ...si nadie dise loque esta pasando nunca nada ba canbiar !!

One of the worst carwashes I have ever been to they have all these sings about how they are not responsible for anything not even when it is there fault they alway find an excuse not to be responsible for the damage they do to the cars the manager Andres Molina has no business ethic and cant even speak English instead I had to talk to the sales men Kevin which by the way was very nice from the moment I came in he took the time to explain how everything work and also the packages they had idk why hes not manager he Handle everything and even convinced me to come back and give this car wash another chance I will be thinking about it but my first experience wasnt the best

It was horrible my car wasnt clean enough. I took my car there one day and asked them to vaccum my car and the employees kept cleaning other vehicles without even touching mine until 10 minutes. When I recived my car back... it was in very poor condition & was scrached badly. I asked the maneger what he could do to help me and he said he was sorry & that he cant fix anything the employees did. The empolyees are un-organized and are not professional. The maneger is very rasist to some of the customers. I DONT recommend this carwash AT ALL ! ill rather clean my car by myself then take it to that horrible place!

I use to come here alot back in 2011 and they were great. Today I came to clean my car and never would I have thought they would become better! Customer service is so chilled and understanding about my confusion with the prices, they take good care of you and your vechile and even recommend the products they have to make your vechile have a better smell and feel when you drive. To this day I am not disappointed on them. Prices are good, service is great and I will recommend anyone who is as lazy as me to swing by here to get there carwash

Tipped and paid to have my trunk vacuumed. I am certain it was an honest mistake that the trunk wasnt closed properly before going through the wash. Water of course entered the open trunk, I returned (but it was closing time) and spoke w/the Mgr Andres. He listened to my complaint and addressed me with a solution. I chose to return on a slower day and he personally fixed my problem with my trunk. TYVM I am an appreciative customer that loves your service and now I love that you immediately took very good care of my concern.

Usually this place its ok on the weekends,since they have a lot of clientele they actually do a good job, but during the week, they skip steps of washing your vehicle and usually your vehicle ends up with soap because they dont want to spend $$$ on water to rinse the soap at the last step of washing and usually the guys that clean the car at the end, end up spreading the soap and cleaning it, but that IRS not good for the paint of your vehicle...

WORST PLACE To get a Carwash!!!! I took my truck to get interior cleaned and they did a sucky job! It looked like they just sprayed oil all over my seats & dashboard! And they stoled my necklace I had hanging on my rear view mirror! I didnt notice that second but when I got home I tried calling them and no one answered! Never going back again!!!!

Brought my 2015 GMC SUV today. Good price for the wash and detail. The cleaners did an excellent job. I had to drop it off and go pick up, because it took and hour and a half. Every one was very nice. It was my first time at this car wash and everyone pointed me in the right direction. Will be returning.

I paid for their top tier service and they did not do half the job they said they would. My truck bed was not even looked at. They did not vacuum my interior properly. Car smelled like rotten rags. Will not return again.

Terrible service. They are very rude, unprofessional, and they charge extremely high, especially since they give terrible service. I dont recommend coming to rhis car wash, just go somewhere else.
