I have been going to Kool Wash for some time now, and I will be the first to say that their car washes are pretty good compared to the local competition. But when it comes to their lube center, avoid them at all costs! We took our Honda in for a routine oil change and everything seemed fine. Then we come to find out 3 months later during another oil change that the "professionals" at Kool Wash stripped the oil plug on the oil pan. Apparently, any skilled lube professional should have known better than to over torgue a honda oil pan. This rediculous mistake resulted in costing us almost $500, simply because the lube manager at Kool Wash didnt know what the heck he was doing. And if the manager doesnt know what he is doing, what about everyone else. To make matters worse, when we approached Kool Wash about their mistake, the lube manager and the general manager put us off for over 3 weeks. The lube manager even hung up on us after a couple minutes on the phone because he didnt want to confess to his mistake. Eventually Kool Wash pretty much said that they werent going to take responsibility for their obvious mistake, which is extremely unprofessional. So, if youre looking for a decent car wash, I recommend them. But if you are looking for an oil change, go to another company that actually knows how to tighten a plug!

Horrible...Do not go to this place to get your car cleaned. I had a loose button on my car radio that fell off during the process of the car cleaning. The workers let me drive off without even telling me that it had fallen off. When I asked them to find the button they made a half-hearted effort to look for it and that was it. In addition, I was charged 50.00 for the super clean, and the car was left dirty with food and crumbs under the seat, and dirt on the outside of the car. On a previous occasion they misplaced one of my plastic mats that I put over my carpet mats. This is not a good business at all. Go to a different place.

Uh, "a car wash the way a car wash is supposed to be." ? Are you kidding? Been going to this car wash for years, but in recent times they have persistently provided poorer service. AND they badger you to buy extra services, some that automotive experts have told me are unnecessary. I specifically asked for a regular oil change which they acknowledged, then proceeded to add "extra duty" oil for an additional $14. Thats it, no more, were done. After reading this do you agree, "its a car wash the way a car wash is supposed to be." ?

They never seem to get it right. Latest trip for a oil change and wash results were the same. This time the oil change light wasnt reset, no oil change sticker, car wasnt vacuumed, wash left car dirty. Still had greasy hand print on the hood that wad left there from the oil change. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Wouldnt have went myself but Station Car Wash doesnt the street was just bought out and is closed right now.

This place is a joke do not go here and avoid it at all cost.They put a chip in the paint on my brand new truck and didnt even clean the truck all the way. I had to come back and have them rewash the truck. When I showed them the chip in the door they told me how "delicate" the paint is and it was already like that. They told me the manager "Brad" would call me but I havent heard anything from him. I will never take a vehicle their again.

They do clean well but theyre just a little too suspect for my taste. They offer services then talkdown on them just to try and up sell another service....sales 101 guys you sound conniving when a smart consumer hears those tactics .Also DONTspit you tobacco out towards my vehicle right in the middle of the sales pitch. In conclusion I wouldnt trust their mechanics either ,like another review stated.

I have been using this wash since it changed names to Mr Car Spa Champions and I have had excellent service every time I now bring my whole familys car here for oil changes and car washes!! Anyone looking for friendly employees who actually care about your vehicle give this place a shot!

They cleaned the inside and out very well, I was very pleased. Along with an oil change. Reading some of the bad reviews here, maybe they got better? The ladies who cleaned the interior were hard workers.

Terrible!!!! Pirates!! And the guy with the rotting teeth....SNAKE! He thought since I was a woman, I didnt know anything about cars. Wrong woman, dude! I was raised by a mechanic!!

They took me in last minute to remove mold from my carpets. They even cleaned the rest of my car at no extra charge. My car hasnt been this clean since I bought it. Amazing job guys!

I called at 5:20 to get my car cleaned. they said that I had to bring it back tomorrow because they close at 6. no thanks. someone else will get my business.

There are better places around. Have been here several times, wont be back. Seem to do the minimum and hope to upsell you on a better job at a higher price.
