My Daughter in from collage needed an oil change and inspection My normal mechanic that takes care of this for our 4 Car family was closed by the time she got into town yesterday… I sent her to the express lube just north of you on mason road that I frequently used about 15 years ago when I move into the Katy area. She got turned around and ended up at your Cypress Station Lube Location instead of a place that we have used before to get oil changes done… To my dis belief an oil change and inspection cost my College student $149.99 .. Talking to my daughter she tells me that what she heard from the SALES MAN /Mechanic was that a Engine flush was REQUIRED due to the mileage being 5k since the last oil change. I went by that location after work today to talk with your staff there and ask why they would take advantage of a 18 year old female collage kid…. There comment to me was she approved it and is of legal age in the state of Texas. I demanded a refund of the $79.99 charge which they refused to give.. I am sitting here looking over this receipt and I Also see a charge of $18.99 for a car wash -$6.99 Lube wash discount so $12.99 for a car wash that she thought would be free with the $33.99 oil change…. From an Outsider it looks like she was Over charged (Scammed) for $83.00 on this one visit. Ricky it is not the money!!!! It is the Practices your staff has in place that makes your business look like a Rip off artist instead of a legitimate fair established business that people will visit and tell wonderful things to their friends and family about…. I cannot believe that You would be aware of this type of behavior and condone it!!! I have been a Store manager in the retail business for over 30 years and know the right things to do for the customer and still make profits I am sure you do also…. The only way we can stay in business is we give our customers a great product at a fair price.. Do you agree? I am asking that you Coach your staff on how to UP SALE a customer without making it sound like it is a Requirement… Treat Younger female Guest a little different than a 30 to 50 year old male or female. I am also requesting A Refund of the unnecessary services and Charges done on the 2011 Nissan versa. $12.99 for Car was she did not receive and thought was free with oil change $69.99 for oil Flush that was not necessary even from Nissan standards Total of $83.00 Thank you for your understand of this misfortunate situation… Looking forward hearing from you

This place SCAMS customers! I too have had bad car wash experiences here, but that can happen occasionally at any car wash, but every wash you go to you should not have to point out missed spots. My "boiling point" with this place was taking my wifes van in for an oil change/wash combo. After waiting nearly 2 hours, I inquired about the time frame, as I expected to be gone by then. They went to check and returned to tell me that they could not change the oil because the van had no oil in it. I told them they were nuts! I had checked the oil in it that morning because I like to see the quality of the oil (on the stick) before and after a change.. also to make sure that oil actually gets changed. I was then informed that it was so bad they couldnt even start it to pull it in for the oil change, when in fact, I was outside and saw the same guy I was talking to, get in, start it, and pull it in without a problem. Then I was told that they would put oil into it, but Id have to pay for a some big oil flush thing. Sounded like a complete scam. I left it parked there while I walked across to the autoparts store and bought some oil, and put it in the car. After making sure there was not some huge gaping leak (nor were there any other signs of a leak at all), I drove to another location to change the oil.. and low and behold, 3 months later it still had all its oil.

Do not let your Mother wife or daughter go here alone! A den of liars, thieves, scam artists and management teaches, condones, promotes and rewards the best liars and thieves. I took my wifes car in to get an oil change and wash. While I was waiting the service advisor approached a woman who was there and told her that he recommended changing the transmission fluid based on the color of the fluid. I jumped in and started asking questions of the lady and service advisor and told her that transmission fluid or any fluid is not changed dependant on the color of the fluid but the time length of service. The service advisor went and got the manager and he I pretty much got into a yelling match. he told me not to get involved when his salesman are talking with other customers. I told him that he was promoting lying, thievery, and ripping people off. He was singling out women and telling them they needed fluids changed based on the color this is bad science and shows what complete idiots and lengths these sacks of crap will go to to pry your hard earned money from your hand. These people target woman and they are lying thieves with no regard for anything other then how much money they can bring in and they have no scrupples oin how they steal that money. I filed a report with the BBB and with the county district attorney.

Why I continued to go back to this place I will never know, but today is the last time for sure. Every time I go I have to point out something that they have not done. Asked for the Rio Grande, which is $31.99, and once again pointed out the fact that every time I come they have been doing a poor job and I have to ask them to redo something. I left my car with them over the lunch hour and when I got back it had been half-assed vacuumed and the mats had not been washed. Walked out with one of the workers and showED them and she took it back to be completed. I waited inside for ten minutes, already late for work, and finally walked back outside and my car is sitting in line with the door open and running. No one had touched it. I walked over and complained and he told me I had to wait in line after my car had already been there over an hour and when I left it and told the worker the past problems I asked him please for them to not make me have to get them to redo it. I got the impression that they didnt really care because they have got so much business that satisfying the customer is not real high on their priority list. IF YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN YOUR CAR THERE BEFORE AND ARE SHOPPING AROUND DO NOT PICK THIS ONE. IF YOU WANT JUST A HIT AND MISS JOB FOR OVER $30, THEN BY ALL MEANS DO PICK THIS ONE!!!!

These guys are scammers. I should have read these other reviews first! Went there for an oil change and the guy tried to sell me an inspection. I explained that a new model car is good for 2 years and pointed at the sticker good through June 2016. He tried to pass off that the laws had changed in TX (which they have). I played into his game and he said that I didnt need an inspection, that he would only charge me for a registration sticker. Really?!? He finally said that he would give me the paperwork to get a new sticker, which he conceded was proof of state inspection. My registration sticker was in fact a week over due, but the new one was in my car (procrastinator, me). I showed it to him, and asked about his scam. He said he was just a business man trying to make a buck. Just, WOW!!! Needless to say I went down the road. Oh, and when I got home I scrapped off the old stickers and put the new one on. Our hard-working police officers have enough to do other than pull me over for a sticker I have, just too lazy to put on. :) Went for a quick car wash while I was there and the service was subpar as usual. Ive come to expect and live with that.
