New to town and was surprised by the high cost and the service provided for that price. Was paying 24.95 for what this establishment was charging 49.95 and not getting near as good a job. Had two different cars washed there this past week and was not impressed with management directing traffic on the lot, the price, customer service or the job accomplished. On first car, Sloppy job, dash not wiped down and road grease left on car, dirt left on door sills and four or five cars that followed us out of the wash were wiped down while we waited for our ours to be done. Second car done the next day, same song second verse and after I agreed to the 39.95 wash and dash detail, I was charged 49.95, didnt catch the over charge until after it was finished and again and had to wait while two cars that were washed after ours were done ahead of mine. Only game in town, so I guess they feel they can get away with poor service. Will consider going back to doing my own again.

Horrible experience with the Lube Center! BEWARE! Classic case of folks in the automotive service and repair industry taking advantage of women. My wife went there for a basic $29.99 oil change for her Camry as we have gotten at this location before. The sales guy mislead her into thinking she was required by Toyota to use synthetic oil or would void her warranty. Even though she told him multiple times she wanted the basic oil change her pulled her car in and had them start filling with synthetic as I pulled up and tried to intervene. The Hispanic sales guy told me to bad they already started and to speak with the manager. The manager was reasonable but continued with the falsehoods regarding synthetic being required by Toyota etc. To make matters worse the sales guy then bowed up to me "gangster" style and started using slang terms. Totally unprofessional will not return. We ended up paying $72 for the $29.99 oil change we went there to get.

Pulled up and was asked if I wanted the $6 or the $12 wash, I asked whats the difference and I didnt get a response, he just wrote something on my window and asked for my credit card. I asked again and was directed to read a sign. I asked for the $12 wash which includes brake dust removal and tire shine. I didnt receive a receipt nor did he change what he had written on my window which led me to believe that I was going to get the same wash regardless. I go through the wash and come out on the other end and thought I should check how they did. Im glad I did because I definitely didnt get the brake dust removal or the tire shine. I go back to the guy and he said that it was my fault for not asking for a receipt to verify what I got. Definitely not coming back to this car wash.

Ive been several times they are always in a rush. I have an suv i pay 39.99for wash,vacuum, windows, wipedown. Needless to say Ive never been real satisfied. Usually i have them run through the vacuum again bc either they run over my mats and dont pull them out or they just do it so fast it picks up the top dirt. As far as the wash i know its a drive through wash but the bottom of my doors never get wiped down and i feel id rather save my $40 and do it myself!! Alot of times i think they stero-type the cars if its not a luxury car they dont spend much time on them.

Just got back from this car wash. Had the Ultimate Interior and I was thoroughly impressed. I have six dogs, so I was not sure if they could get out all the dog hair and dirt from our time at the park. (One is a white lab and I have a dark interior, you can see the dilemma). Not only did they get the mud out of my cloth seats, but there was no dog hair in site. Would definitely return. Note: Ive had a regular car wash from this location in the past. I found it to be OK. However, this review is for the service that I received today and it was excellent.

They did a good job on waxing and cleaning my car, but I got there with almost a full tank of gas and I left with 1/2 tank ?? Im confused too ?!?! seems impossible if you think about it, but it went somewhere. Manager was nice when i spoke to him and gave him a heads up on my situation. Not accusing them of anything, but when i went to double check to see If i had a "gas leak"...i noticed my console had been gone through and 3$ missing.....so they do a good job, but make sure everything is accounted for before and after you leave.

We got it washed this morning, and when we went to the store this afternoon we discovered the cargo net on our 2014 Terrain Dinali is gone. We came home and tore the car and garage up, not wanting to believe they took it. About one month ago they took a new white laundry basket out of the back, and my husband did not notice it was gone when he was there, so he didnt mention it. We let the laundry basket go, but the cargo net is over $60! Husband is on his way over to Simoniz to find out where the cargo net is.

I have been looking for a great place to take my truck for detail and wash for a while now since I was stolen from at Lopez Detail. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. They did a great job on my truck and I feel like they went above and beyond for me. The place is clean and everyone is dressed nice! Thank you and I will be a regular customer from now on! The prices were great! I was paying $25 for a basic wash and vacuum at Lopez and it is only $12 here!!!! Highly recommended.

They charge $50 to clean my Yukon and the interior still dirty, the windows in the inside still dirty, the wheels are spotted not wiped clean and side mirrors spotted not cleaned right. Ive had this problem before and decided to give them another shot but they failed miserably. I recommend not taking your vehicle there because if you want you car washed better do it yourself or pay $10 to the middle school or high school girls to wash it.

Pathetic! Took my Mustang GT in for the #1 Full Service for $29.99 and it could have been done better by my 3yr old nephew. Got the car back with food stains still on the console, water spots all over the car, hard water stains still on the hood from the windshield sprayers. Didnt get the scent waffers from the cashier. The only part of the service that was done right, was the vacuum and the fact that they cleaned my floor liners.

I need to talk to ownership . Mgmnt was rude and dismissive (if it was really the Mgr.) They upsell everything. NO Vaccum with basic wash. They dislike drying your own car and employees making comments so I can hear them. My clear coat was ruined by whatever chemical is in their spray bottles. It dried on my hood and stained my clear. Now I have perminent fog and mist marks on my hood. Cant get it off no matter what I try.
