I was a regular customer of 2920 Car Wash. I used their oil change and car wash service frequently as they are close to my house. But, the theft and response to the theft by the manager has prompted my past experience to be my last. I went there for an oil change and a car wash. They changed my oil, then prepped my car to run through the wash. As they finished cleaning the interior, they realized that my automatic antenna did not retract completely and decided they did not want the liability of running it through the wash and possibly breaking it. Thats fine, they gave me a rain check and I left a happy customer. Days later I noticed that my CD case (with hundreds of CDs) was missing from my car. No one else aside from myself and my son had been in the car, so the obvious explanation was the car wash. So, I contacted 2920 Car Wash and spoke to the senior manager, Paul. Paul was short and rude with me. I explained the situation to him and suggested that maybe one of his employees has removed my CDs to clean my interior and forgot to put them back in given the extenuating circumstances of my visit. He replied that since I had not called within 24 hours of leaving the Car Wash, my CDs were likely thrown in the trash. I started in response to him and, mid-sentence, he blurted, "Thats it, goodbye," and hung up. While I should have taken valuables out of my car prior to my visit, I probably never would have used 2920 Car Wash again because of the theft. But, given the horrible response by senior management, I am prompted to take it a step further and share my story with you. I would advise against using 2920 Car Wash if you value the integrity of good customer service.

Worst car wash I have ever been too. Just to vacuum and wash carpets 60$. Outside wash 25. Spent 86$ and 3 hours here today. Receipt open detail 60$ I thought that included wiping down doors. Noticed cup holders and dash werent wiped down so asked about that. Lady did a half assed job fixing it and the new black scuff marks on the doors and dash I saw that werent there before then we left. Then noticed carpets werent finished. Went and got diesel (ford excursion) and came back. Showed them the crumbs under the middle seat, behind the middle seat and between the front seats. They did cleaned that and took it and sprayed down the doors and proceeded to wipe it down. Man only compensated me for 25$ (which covers just the outside wash). Thought things were fine and left again and made it home. Rolled down the windows as directed but examined the middle doors. There was sand all over them that wasnt there before we came and sand on the middle seat and there was dirt that wasnt there before under the dash! Now dont get me wrong our vehicle was dirty but there wasnt dirt under the dash directly. There was dirt on the floor under the dash but not on the under part. Looks like they sprayed the carpets and let dirt splash up on the doors and seats. Dont waste your money here. Things they did can be done at home without having to tell them every little thing you want done. Can get done quicker and cheaper. My dad paid because it was his vehicle but I dont care if I paid or he paid. Horrible job. Sand still in mats as well after they supposedly cleaned them. 86$ for carpets and a 3 hour wait and outside treatment. Total BS

Took my car there for a car wash and right front side view mirror was cracked and broken. They claimed that it was broken when I brought it in and that they had videos that would prove them right. I asked to see the videos. They told me that I would have to come back the next day because it was closing time. I went back the next day and the manager would not even speak with me. The cashier supposedly was communicating with the manager. She told me that the manager had reviewed the videos that morning and that no damage was found, but that they also found my car on the videos from a previous visit and that I had also made a damage claim from that visit too. Total BS. I have never made a previous damage claim. So I told them I wanted to see the videos. I waited a good while and the manager never came to discuss the matter with me. The cashier then told me that the manager was too busy to speak with me and that they would have to request the videos from their corporate office. Obviously one lie after another going on here. They had me fill out a simple one page one copy complaint form and told me they would get back with me. Dont believe that. Also they did not vacuum the third row of seats of my car and poor job overall of inside clean up my car.. The car wasnt that dirty as it is almost new, but isnt that why a person takes their car to the car wash to help keep it looking clean and new? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I took my car in for a full service maintenance oil change, transmission flush, power steering flush and air filter and today Monday as I was driving on i45 with my son the truck broke down. It looks like the transmission broke on it. I called them up and told them what happened and they said that the car had over 200000 miles on it and sometimes they cant take the pressure of the flush and thats probably what happened. So instead of them telling me this before hand they still did the flush and now it looks like I have to replace the transmission on it. Than the manager said to me that the Transmission was already slipping when they didnt even drive the car. This place is a joke never again will I take my cars there plus they will be hearing from my attorney.

Dont waist your money. I spend $180 and it didnt look like they even touched my car. The trunk was still filthy and they messed up my car and set off my check engine light. I complain and they went back to "fix" everything. And they still did a horrible job. Not to mention noone would help me. Im pregnant with twins and they stressed me out to the point i started crying, and they still would fix anything. This place is a joke!!! I could clean my car better myself. They left streaks on my paint, didnt clean the leather, did a patheric vacume job, my tires were worse than before, and they tore up my door pannels. They dont deserve to be in business any more.

My daughter paid $135.00 for a detail job on her Toyota Camry. Excellent job on the outside but the inside was like a stink bomb had been set off inside. She return the next day and they claim that the crew that did the damage should have told her to keep her windows down. They said to leave it and they would fix it. We left it for 4 hours and when returned all they did was open the windows. It still stunk. A new manager appears, Ruben, and he said he would make it right. I ask for the owner and he would not give it. No one at the site knew who the owner was or would say anything. As of this writing the car still stinks. Any recommendations?
