Really disappointed. Have been coming here for exterior washes for a while. Opted for the $35 Full Service and what a waste of money. I have scratches on my windows that follow the swirl of left behind dirt on them guys. I mean this isnt OK,I have 3 windows all with circular scratches on them now from a dirty rag I guess, and Im sure I know what the response is going to be on this one...."how do you know it was us?"....Im literally getting stressed out knowing this and that they are now closed I cant show anyone. All my windows are still dirty, the windshields interior is worse than it was when I brought it in because the rag was so dirty. Wash Code 4273 Receipt# 1-0200454... I bought this clean as well so my floor mats could get a wash but I think they just used a wet rag and just spread all the dirt around.

Well, the 30 a month is a really good deal. However, the level of service is mediocre. How am I supposed to enjoy unlimited washes if you close each time that it rains? Its Houston, it rains! If you drive down westheimer multiple car washes are still open. Why? Because People still vacuum and wash their vehicles during the rain. Another issue that Ive encountered multiple times is the washes being out of sequence. I pay for the ultimate wash which is a wash with all of the bells and whistles. However I cant tell you how many times Ive only got a basic wash due to the washes being out of sequence with no apology or help. The employees are helpless and careless. Their very nonchalant and not resourceful. Id take my money elsewhere. But my experience is just that, mines. Yours may be different. Or so I hope.

My car is relatively new, so making it "look like new" on the outside is not a big accomplishment, however they never leave a spot untouched. The inside gets vacuumed and wiped well enough. I get the silver, which is 25 bucks right now, and is pretty well priced. The reason I will not be returning is the employees who ask me...or rather, suggest that I give them a tip. I would tip IF 1-you let me pay AFTER the car wash so I can assess how well its done and 2-you allow me to add tip to my credit card. I do not carry any cash around unless you want to get a couple of quarters laying around in my purse. I just dont want to feel guilty for not tipping every time I get my car washed...which I do here.

VERY POOR Car wash. I have a WHITE Full Size SUV. It was medium dirty. I paid for $12.00 car wash adding 120 degree hot foam, We did not see any 120 degree hot foam, touched windows to try to feel the heat, was very cold glass windows. Car came out of the car wash exactly the same medium dirty condition it went in. Not worth $5.00 pissed off paid $12.00 Will NOT be back! Was very surprised that bird poop and everything stayed on the car. Only DUST and LIGHT haze of dirt came off, I got my car 500% more clean by simply using a garden hoze with pressure. Advice dont go here. Worst $12 EVER SPENT!!

The location is fantastic. I have never seen such a nice car was in any city. The staff was very nice from entrance to exit. The open tunnel was nice. I felt very comfortable driving through it versus others where I felt trapped. There was hardly any water left on my car, and when I got home I didnt notice any water spots around the mirrors and back. Best car wash I have ever been to- and the free vacuums and chemicals made it all the best! Thanks for putting it all together! I hope you build more!

Worst experience ever. No reliable number/manager available. Took my brand new 2015 Chevy camaro to have its first cleaning and the machine scratched my car from almost every side possible/lifted my back bumper with the fibers still inside of it!!! On top of that horrific scene my car was left with a thick layer of blue soap that I had to take to another carwash to completely remove! Its been a week!!!! STILL NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!

When visited the car wash, I realized that everything is relative. I dont have a terrible story about how my other car wash washed away all the varnish or left a scratch along the entire body :) But compared to the others, then everything is done to the man left satisfied and come again. With that, my car is not a luxury, cleaned it inside and out as long as necessary to achieve the result. Definitely I recommend.

Stay away! The machine belt cause my boyfriend car to hit the vehicle in front. Now the manager is accusing him of the accident. To top it off the manager was yelling at my boyfriend like he was a cop or something, to get off the car when he was trying to park. Horrible experience. Go spend your hard working money where business take responsibility of their machines.

I went to the car wash today. I had a great experience. I saw a guy working there that was running around helping all of the patrons. I asked him for help getting out a spot on the side of my car. His name was Robert, he educated me on what the spot could be, how to get it out. He was working really hard, he deserves a raise. I recommend this car wash to everyone.

The car wash itself is not bad, but I live right across the street and every other day these guys forget to turn off the lights! Seems like car wash owner owns an electricity company, too. So how am I suppose to sleep? P.s. guys STOP COMING HERE!! I hope they will bankrupt and close, and finally I will get some good sleep.

Move over Mister Car Wash this place get your car clean for half the price as Mister Car Wash. Granted you have to clean the inside of your own vehicle but I prefer to do that anyway because they always this stuff. But the run through wash for five bucks you cant beat it

The car wash is a great location. The workers are great and I especially like the detail service they provide. Glad that I could get coffee from Starbucks while I was waiting.. A one stop shop. Thanks Swish... Too bad I dont have a dog for the Dog Wash..

Very cheap & fast car wash. Like going because you just pay get your car washed, depending on what service you pay for you get an -X- amount of minutes free vacuum service, as well as tire shining, car refresher, window cleaner auto-services.

Very good in terms of monthly membership. You get affordable price for unlimited wash and free time each entry in the vacuums station. The only thing i did not like they used to offer towels. Now you have to buy them or bring yours

I took my car, they washed it I pay 25 dollars full service and I noticed there are a lot of swirl spots on the paint, the people working cleaning the cars are not really serious, I will make a complaint
