All the times I have been there I have had good experiences they have a prep area in case you car needs a lil special attention due to a lot of bugs or really dirty deep dish wheels. They are free so I take advantage of that. And the vacuums are free and no lines like the other one. But today I saw a Cadillac avalanche looking thing left his tailgate open and tried to go through. I heard one of the employees tell him he has to close it and offered to sweep it out. The costumer agreed. The truck looked very dirty and was from all the way in Utah! Thats a long drive. When I went back to get a towel exchange I heard him arguing with the owner about why his truck wasnt clean and that it was full of scratches. I chuckled and told the worker good luck cause my truck didnt get any extra scratches and was way cleaner than his but I did prep beforehand. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars. Is that there wasnt soap in the bathroom.

The employee named Aaron was on his cell phone when I drove up. He half-heartedly waved for me to drive up and then walked back inside where I couldnt see him. After I started rolling down the line he ran over and banged on my window to get me to stop. Stating that I was going to fu** my car up, after I finally got my car out I got my money back and got berated while I was leaving. I called the owner but all I really got was an apology. I will never be back.

High Tech car wash but very messy. Palm trees and grass always out of control, you can see brooms, hoses, trash, ..... on the side of car wash line. Guys always on their cell phones may be they can do cleaning.

Every time weekend that I go the vacuums seems to be weak low suction half of them are turned off and also the "tire shine " is not accurate on the tires it sprayed all over my left door panels and Windows smh

We went to get our car wash. The place is very old. You are more likely to get scratches on your car. The guys removed our antenna then they did not want to put it back, they said we have to do it ourselves.

This is where I get my car wash, some of the staff are helpful, and they have free vacuum, prices for the wash are reasonable and within budget
