Just now leaving this place.. I paid $80 to get my car fully detailed, seats and floor cleaned and shampooed. after about 45 minutes when they gave me the keys..I noticed my car had a pretty noticeable rub/scrape on the left front door. This car came off the dealership about 2 months ago. Its a 2016. And to make matters worse.. the inside looked like they poured baby oil all over the place. And it still had the same small dirt spots i wanted removed.

I have been coming here for about a year. Ive never experienced such rudeness. The person that took my money was very rude and disrespectful. When I spoke to the manager he was not much better... its a same that every time I have come here Ive never experienced this before however the person that is taking the money today is a different person.. I know she has no type of customer service skills.

Great Service. They keep track of your car through you license plate so when you come they dont try and sell you stuff you dont need. Its pretty cool I got my car detailed and it brought the life back instantly. Also have gotten it washed for my sons prom they did a nice job. Also they support the military with discount on services and have a clean car guarantee.

The mangers there one in particular ... A white slender man will short change you and put the money in his pocket . I have experienced it myself ! I called the police and they were not able to do anything about it. Its a civil matter. Dont trust the employees I believe most of them are thieves... TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE !

My Father recommended this place and helped schedule my SUV cleaning on 3/24. The exterior wax and interior cleaning was done so well. Im thoroughly impressed with the detail on the service. I will definitely make the commute from the Galleria area again to request this establishments services. Great Job and Thank You!

This place sucked ass, paid $40 to get a hand wash since my car just got recently painted. They did a horrible job vacuuming, didnt even clean my floor mats, and didnt wipe everything inside down very well, nor did they clean my wheels all the way. Such a rip off

I receive very poor service everytime I I get my car wash. The staff here are very unprofessional and rude!!! They dont honor their rain check policy and charge u for servieses that are not rendered I will never recommend rolling creek car wash to anyone

Horrible service! The moment I opened the door after service, there is still dust everywhere. I had to ask the guy to clean again! Dashboard is still greasy.... Never Again... wasted $73.... not the place to spend your $$ for Car detail/wash!

Service was great and fast. My battery died while they were cleaning my car, someone informed me of the delay. Then the two guys who dealt with my battery came and told me what was up. I will be coming here again.

Got the falls (top pack) and state inspection took about 1 hour total. inspection was speedy. inside of car was cleaned and detailed almost perfectly missing cup holder cleaning. I will be going again soon.

One of the best car washes Ive been to. While Ive had issues with the work done by an individual worker, the management seems to be good and care about taking care of the customer.

Detail was as anticipated. Wifi acess code available upon request from manager. Not on 1960 so you have to look for signs....well worth it.
