Im editing this review again because I saw the incorrect response. First, I never retracted any statement. My edit was to update his regarding our conversation. I continue to believe my charger was in fact stolen. Further, despite his mentioning that he would refund a portion of my payment, this is the FIRST time he has ever said that, despite me indicating in person I should receive a refund. Its what...8 maybe 9 months later? He had my cellphone number to reach me when he wanted to beg me to remove the negative review, but NEVER once offered a refund. He couldnt use my cell phone number to inform me that he would refund me? He is full of it! He is trying to save face now back claiming I retracted my statement (which I clearly didnt) and claiming he would offer a refund. When I complained he acted like there was nothing he could do. Incredible! After reading his response this just renews my campaign of never supporting this company again. Fortunately, I have all of our interactions in person following my charger going missing recorded on voice memo and the damaging phone call is recorded as well (thanks to Audacity and speaker phone). I wasnt about to trust them without recording audio after something shady like that. EDITED REVIEW: I just received a call, Im not sure what his position is. I was surprised to hear from him but he asked me repeatedly to edit this review because my charger (that I informed him was likely stolen, considering the strange events) had been returned and he is adamant that none of his employees did anything wrong. Despite him beginning the conversation cordially, I had to tell him repeatedly not to raise his voice at me. Prior to receiving my charger back, I texted him how unacceptable it was for that to happen and that I would be up there the next day to retrieve my belongings, and me calling him to have it returned...I understand he wants to stand up for his employees. And I commend that because Im sure they are generally good people. In several previous conversations he refused to admit how "fishy" the incident was considering that the other items in my car (ankle weights) were returned and the only thing missing was something in constant demand...a car charger. Further, he informed me that it was hidden under something at the car wash...I dont imagine that if it as stolen that any employee would actually hide it in their own clothing or on their person...especially if they think someone might potentially come back for it. Nevertheless, it is what it is...I disregarded the issue weeks ago. Bottom line: According to the him, company policy is to put ALL items into one bag and thats what "always" happens (according to him) but for some reason it didnt happen on this day and my charger ended up hidden under something at the car wash (according to him). Both the ankle weights and the charger were small enough to go into one bag. So yes, I have my charger back. As requested, the review had been edited to indicate this. Ill leave it at that. See below. I would still give 0 stars if I could. The car was filthy (with photographic evidence. I only went to this business because many people from my job go there. I was just happy I could get in on such a busy day and actually tipped before service. I paid a total of 127.00. The car looked clean and I was initially very happy but then I noticed my steering wheel was still dirty. I got some wipes to clean it off and after using 5 wipes it was clear the steering wheel was covered with dirt. Upon further inspection the vacuum job wasnt done very well AND my car charger was missing from my vehicle. Granted, there is a sign that says that they are not responsible for items left in the car.. I left a message for the manager to inform him of my charger missing and thats going to set me back ANOTHER $30. I have photographic evidence of the terrible job they did. So not only did I tip in advance (in good faith), but my car was still incredibly dirty, poorly vacuumed. Again, Im glad to have my charger back.

Amazing car wash!!! This place is the best hand car wash I have been to. The guy at the window is so so nice and the guys are amazing at making your car look like new. They really spend time on your car and ensure you are satisfied. The guy at the window is so friendly and very customer service oriented. I worked retail for many years so I know how it feels to be treated professionally and respectfully and this is the place. I have to say the guy at the window went over and beyond to thank us for coming by and getting our car washed. This is the best car wash in Houston visit it and you will definitely not be disappointed. It takes a lot for me to take the time and write this review but you can believe that I mean every word I write. This is a God sent place and the staff is amazing. You will never find a better place in Houston!!!

I was absolutely disappointed by the service. I have a $19.99 subscription service at Mister Car Wash and I went to Splash so that I can get a proper wash. I paid $60 for the executive wash and wax and by the time it was done, It no way near clean. I pointed out couple of things and the staff was ready to clean that spot and finally when they gave the keys, I opened the trunk and it was never touched. By then I decided to give up. They cleaned the trunk and I took the keys and left. I have pictures to show what I was talking. The buffing of wax was very uneven. I have a black car and it shows if wax is uneven. My point is when someone spent $60 on car wash, please at least wash it properly. My wheel arches were never touched. And they just ran the vacuum over the carpet. Not even a wipe down. I wont go back there.

Expertly done at a cost that was less then I expected! I went in to get a basic clean for my car. I just bought my car the the week before. When they were done, they had cleaned it better then the dealership that sold me the car. The wait time was also less then I was thinking it would be. I felt like I sat down and then I was being called over to pick up my car. The only mistake that was made was one that I made myself! Being my first time there, I kinda wondered the lot before parking and going inside to ask. If I provided them a laugh at my expense then Im happy with that, because they gave me an excellent service.

Ive been twice now and would not hesitate to go again. Both times, I got a wash and wax package at a very reasonable price, and my car was beautiful when she left. Above my expectations. The guy in the window was very helpful both times with letting me know the packages and specials available. (Wednesdays they offer a discount on waxing, btw.) I prefer to go during lite traffic times (early afternoon on weekdays), so maybe this is why my car has received such great attention? Regardless, I have nothing negative to say about Splash...except maybe that they could have a better sign out front. It can be easy to miss.
