Wow. I went to get my car washed during the weekday on my lunch break. I sat down and even ate a burger while it was getting washed. I went outside to let the workers know that I will be eating a burger and the MANAGER TOLD ME " ok no problem, we will take care of your car". When I was through I took my car with confidence because I had brought another car to this location with no complaints. I my lunch time was almost up so I needed to huriry back. I did not notice the pieace that they broke off until I was driving back home. I called the car wash asap but no one answered. The place closes at 6pm. I took my car the next day Tuesday on my lunch break to compain. The manager told me on the phone before I came in to talk to the manager Wednesday. I did not want to wait til the next day so I took it. When I arrived I asked to speak to the manager and when he came in it was the same guy that washed my car and told me that he was not there. Um ok?? I showed him the part they broke off and explained to him that it was not there before and that there was no way for that part to break off on its own I am the only one that drives that vehicle. Overall, this car wash wont see my car ever again! He wanted me to take my car to one of his mechanics to have it fixed but I dont want to because i dont know what kind of job there going to do. Its just a mess to deal with this situation. My advice is dont go to this place or always keep a very close eye to your car. Have a great day everyone!

Ive been going here for about 6 months now. There is a full service (independent) mechanic in the back that did a 4 wheel alignment for me, nice guys, good prices. There is an oil change place right behind the car wash and you get a free wash after your oil change. The car wash guys do a good job, I have to open my trunk for them every time just because my trunk lid holds a lot of water. For those who complain about how your "stuff" is handled, sunglasses crushed, etc., here is a tip: clean the damn trash out of your car before you go to the car wash. If you have to have "stuff" in your car, put it all in the trunk before you go to the car wash and dont use your damn car as a trash can or a closet!

I splurged on the $100 detail because of how dirty my car was. Although the actual car was was decent, I was extremely dissappointed about how all the items in my car were handled. Everything in my car was thrown into a large trash bag, including fragile items like my sunglasses. On top of it, trash that was in my car trash bin were thrown into the large bag with everything else. So my sunglasses were crushed, and all of my things were mixed in with trash. Cherry on top? The trash bag was ripped and everything fell out all over my back seat. This is NOT the service i expect after spending $100+ on a full detail. I will NOT be going back there!

I was pleased with the service I received today! I needed an oil change before the holiday and didnt have time to wait hours for service. The young man who helped me with my oil change was knowledgeable. To my surprise a car wash came with the oil change. During my lunch break I was able to eat, get an oil change, and car wash. The guy that vacuumed my car did an awesome job! Id recommend this service!

They did a horrible job in the inside and store things our my middle consol... the refused to question the person that did it. Never would go there again and wouldnt advise anyone I know to go either. They are liars and theifs....

They were very fast and thorough. I told them I had an hour to get it done, and they did a full service oil change and car was in under 35 min and everything was great! Highly recommend

Did a decent job cleaning the car but they didnt take care of my 1 request which was to clean the steering wheel of the grime or dirt that got built up around the leather.

Man, these guys are outstanding: for $12, you get your car vacuumed, washed, and wiped down inside and out... Thats a great deal, in my book...

Horrible experience. Took 1 hour for the basic car wash. Car looks nice but who has an hour to spend for a basic car wash?
