I took my truck there to get washed. Paid and two guys did the prewash stuff (I had to remind the guy to please take off radio antenna) and put the truck in neutral and let the conveyor push me through the wash. About midway my truck somehow got hung up on the washing equipment/machinery and the truck tire jumped all three rollers causing the truck to stop so I was stopped in the middle of the car wash. I had to put truck in drive and drive out before the car behind me hit me. Drove to the vacuum station and looked around the truck and the truck was still covered with soap and the rear bumper was pushed up and a backup sensor was broken and hanging down. Got the manage to look at it and he said there is no way his equipment could have done that. "NO WAY". We argued for 30 minutes back and forth with no solution. I filled out an accident report but not sure who receives those up the chain of command or if it will even be turned in. He offered to run my truck back through the wash to get all the soap off and he would walk next to it to see if anything happens. So took it through and sure enough midway through the wash, same thing happens but this time the tire only jumps one roller and pushes the truck out the rest of the way. The manager videoed the truck going through the wash and the video showed the truck trailer hitch getting hung up on the washing equipment. So there is video proof (on managers phone) that the washing equipment malfunctioned and damaged my vehicle. The manage stated the trailer hitch caused the malfunction and they are not responsible for damages caused by this. IE its my fault for having a trailer hitch on my truck. There are no signs posted about having a trailer hitch on the vehicle nor did the two guys (which was the manager) say anything to me as I entered the wash. I have taken my truck to several over car washes with the same trailer hitch and never had a problem. I DO NOT recommend this car wash to anybody and will take my business elsewhere.

Update 6/28. I have used the facility 3 more times. Consistently great! Original review: I got a free car wash coupon from Service First for doing state inspection. I didnt expect much and read all the negative reviews, but decided to use up the coupon anyways. I am pretty critical of car washing in general and I typically wash and detail my car myself using top of the line Griotts Garage products. I must admit, today I was pleasantly surprised: for an automated car wash, the place did an excellent job. The car got out clean and 95% dry. Yeah, the undercarriage remained dirty but I do not know any automated car wash that cleans undercarriage even though they claim they do and charge extra. Compared to their competitor down the Louetta next to the Post Office, this facility did significantly better job on my car.

Never have an issue here and it cleans rather well compared to other drive through washes. The facility is always clean. The vacuums are powerful enough to get the job done. The air dryer is nominal but I take my own towels. The 7 at price of 5 is a great deal. Its changed my mind about carwashes that its been more beneficial to come here than hand wash at home. Whoever made racist assumptions in other reviews is mistaken. Why would you expect to come back a separate day to vacuum? Thats called theft and no one should have had to come speak to you or cut off the vacuum remotely. If you were a paying customer you wouldve had no issue to go speak to them about a non working vacuum. Again, kudos to the car wash establishment.

Derek Colvin and I had the same experience. Im pretty sure theyre only doing it to the white people at this location. Ive bought plenty of car washes from this establishment and have used their vacuuming as well. Instead of getting up and moving they will simply cut off power to your vacuum. Avoid this place and go to blue wave. Blue wave isnt racist at all and encourages use of their vacuums. Very poor employees here who dont realize the customer is always right. I would usually buy 2 or 3 washes a month from here but I will definitely be going elsewhere for my business until new management comes in or an apology from the owner for the rude behavior of their employees.

Got my car washed here this past Tuesday. I didnt get a chance to vacuum it out at the FREE vacuums I just drove in, opened my car up, started vacuuming my car, my vacuum stopped working. Attempted to use the second vacuum on the same pod, yet it didnt work either. Unless Im wrong, I am thinking somebody cut off power to the vacuum i was using instead of having the balls to come over and ask if I washed my car there. Perhaps had that effort been made then I could have produced them a receipt dated January 24th but no attempt was made on their part

I just come here because its outside of my neighborhood (Oaks of Devonshire). The wash is trash and the air dryers dont dry for crap. Same quality as the car washes from Stripes and Valero Gas Stations but more expensive with a really really load vacuum. Theres better car washes on 2920, and I would drive an extra 10 minutes to not come here again.

Staff are friendly, lines are well managed and the vacuum cleaners are free to use! The system even deep cleans your wheels and Armor Alls your tires as you go through the wash! The best value is the buy 5 get 7 washes codes! Also there are covered parking areas to wipe down and vacuum your car after the wash!

Really good car wash. They have monthly packages for a great price that give you unlimited washes. Friendly staff. Their wash does a great job. Free vacuums when you purchase a wash. Bring some towels if you want to do a little detailing.

We got a free car wash with our oil change. The car wash is CRAP. It didnt wash our car let alone dry it. Plus it screwed up our front license plate. We will never be using this car wash again. I would rate it a zero if I could.

Definitely worth coming back. They are priced well got a $8 wash and the vacuums are free. Now who doesnt appreciate free things!? We will definitely be coming back.

They suck. Those kids broke a part on my jeep and stuck it back on there like I didnt see it. Then never offered to replace it either. Quack Quack is so much nicer

Sometime I have to rewash my car right after the first wash. Place closed 15 to 10 minutes earlier than normal hours.

Greta prices and car wash never had a problem with employee or wash....
