While at The Simoniz Car Wash & Lube Center on Mason Rd. My wife witnessed your employee reach in the bed of my truck from the Passenger side and remove a steel shepherds hook. He climbed over the side of the truck. After the wash I noticed 2 deep scratches on that side of truck. Tracy the regional manager was there I filled out incident report. He told me to call back and speak to the manager Kevin the following day. I went back and I was told by Kevin that the employee said he removed the item from the drivers side which would be impossible. The item was on the passenger side and bed door locked. Also my wife saw him remove the item from the other side. The employee Lied. Rotten customer service. The employee in question does not speak English so I could not understand him. I have spent 21 years in the military and over 8 years with the county. My integrity is in tact. Your coward managers hide and avoided the situation. Never again. Oh also Tracy where were you the following day when you told me to call? I called then looked everywhere and did not see you anywhere on the property. I learned to lead from the front and listen to the observations of the consumer to better your customer service. Instead I have to pay for repairs you caused. You will never get me, fellow employees or families business ever again.

I have been to this car wash for quite some time. I always tip and although sometimes, they dont do a "great" job, at least the car is clean. Yesterday, 5/2/15, I went through about 45 minutes before closing time and got the normal #1 package. I was on my way to a gathering so I jumped in my car and headed out. About 5 minutes down the road, I realized that my console had been ransacked. Loose change and a brand new, unopened pack of gum was missing. I will say that I believe I had some loose change there but I am ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that the new pack of gum was there as I had just put it there with the already opened pack just as I was leaving my house. I immediately called the car wash, but they stopped answering the phone 5 minutes before closing I guess because I never could get anyone to answer. I spoke to the manager today and told him what had happened, and as petty as a pack of gum is, I dont like the idea that Im going to be stolen from by a business. Kevin offered to replace the pack of gum and assured me that this NEVER happens at their wash...I think he missed the point that it wasnt about the 79 cent pack of gum, but rather assuring your customer base that they are in good hands and safe when they come to their business.

I took my Mustang Convertible there for the bumper to bumper and a HAND WAX job...OMG it was awful! I watched as the guy squirted a blob of wax on my hood...then got called away by another guy...I watched as the glob of wax started to run down my car hood...the guy still talking...after a few minutes he came back and wiped off that wax smear and started on my car...After two years I can still see where that blob of wax ran down my hood! As someone else stated, they really do the UP-SALE HARD! I fell for it and allowed myself to be talked into a "radiator flush" since it was going to be real cold that weekend...I am an idiot! The next morning I went out to a big puddle under my car...had to get it towed into the shop...where the guy told me the RADIATOR WAS CRACKED...gee, I wonder how that happened?????? I went back up there and talk to them and got absolutely no where with them or corporate head quarters... I should of taken them to small claims court! I guess if you want a cheap $5 buck drive thru wash it is okay...but if you are expecting a good DETAIL with attention to DETAIL...then go somewhere else!

They used to be not so bad about 5 years ago. Over the last year, or so, there service has gone down hill. Their deals really arent that great; nothing special about them. Your getting the same service as everyone else paying for the "Best" or "Works" when you ask for special service items. There details used to be worth it. On a busy day you will get cr@ppy workmanship. Never had the $5 drive thru. If you do go here dont pay over $24 to have your vehicle washed; anything else and your getting bent over. As far as their lube center. Ive never taken my truck there. My wife on the other hand has had an oil change and an inspection. She wasnt very happy at how long it took, and the dirty finger prints they left. Especially, since she had her car JUST washed next door. When you employ lazy people you get shoddy workmanship. With Kingsland Car Wash back open, I will be taking my truck back to real service with a smile, and personal hand car wash serivce.

Went here on a Sunday cause i needed my car cleaned. Paid $21 for there upgraded "The works" package. It was anything but "the works". Was not impressed by the exterior car wash, as well as the interior cleaning, vacuuming was inadequate, still very dirty carpet, the interior wash was horrible as well, did a sloppy job. Never going back. When i told the manager about my car, he acted like they were gonna have to go out of their way to reclean my car, even though i paid for it. A customer should never feel that way, I just left unhappy. Go to Kingsland Car wash, they "hand wash" your car, inside and outside, vacuum, blow out the water from the creases in your cars body, and did it all for $25, you will never go anywhere else! Go to Kingsland Carwash! Even if you have to wait.

Would never use this place again! They nickel and dime you for everything and promise the worlds best car wash. Just paid $150.00 when the bumper to bumper package is $124.99 because they needed a special chemical to remove the small water spots from my car. When I picked the car up, the same and now new water spots were present along with wax residue on the exterior paint. I approached the manager Kevin, who was very rude and wouldnt explain to me why the car wasnt detailed as he promised it would be. Instead of trying to please a customer, he insisted on explaining to me how he would charge me full price next time I bring my vehicle. The salesman had a slurred speech and smelled like alcohol. Very unorganized, rude and overpriced car wash.

Ive been here quite a few times, always a good service but today my car was disrespected. Inside there is a see through glass you can watch your car as it enters and exits. I stated to management on duty that I saw my car been driven fast into the tire rails and all he could do was explain to me how the tire rails work. My concern wasnt about how it works but how my car was driven and saw the car jerk as if it hit a curb. I watched other workers drive other customers cars and they approached the tire rails slow and steady. Disrespecting my car and ignoring what I stated definitely assured me not to visit this location again. Kingsland Car Wash is much better and will always be.
