Ive never done more than the basic full service ($12.99) but have been coming here for years and in general have been more satisfied here than other similar full service washes. Car gets cleaned decently quick and they do a good job with wiping down both inside and out. You do need to do some picking up in your car first, generally anywhere you may have left behind stuff (backseat, cupholder, trunk) wont get touched. I wouldve given them more stars but my husband and I did have an incident that was poorly resolved. Our last visit here, we noticed multiple cars coming out of the wash with the corner of the back license plate bent the same way. When we pointed out the issue, rather than admit there was something going on with the equipment, they tried to tell us that our car wasnt right for their wash because the license plate mounting hardware doesnt allow for four bolts. They then proceeded to go around to the cars we pointed out and bend the plates back into shape. In many years of using this wash, this was the first time any thing like this had happened and we were incredibly disappointed in their response.

GO ELSEWHERE!! Called the manager will not get on the phone, the salesperson lied to me twice first she couldnt come to phone second she wasnt there. I guessing if a complaint comes this is how they address it. ask for corporate number to file complaint and refused to give me any information. My recommendation is for anyone to remove all personal items in car because they wont be there after they clean at a cost of $200.00 . GARAUNTEED A SERVICE THEY WERE NOT QUALIFIED FOR BUT AGREEED JUST FOR MY MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS FAIR TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WANT TO CHERISH CUSTOMER RELATIONS, NOT JUST TAKE MY MONEY AND BELONGINGS AND NOT ANSWER TO ANY OF IT!!!

I usually never do reviews but I just really want to warn people about this place! Its overpriced They had horrible service I pulled up they didnt direct me to what to do or where to go ! & when I did ask they got a really bad attitude I got the VIP $24 order and my car was decent cleaned I usually clean my car at wash boys on Garth rd and do 3x better on my own than how they cleaned my car & the way they let you know if when you car is ready is they whistle and I just didnt think that was a proper way to get someones attention! Overall I just didnt think it was worth my money and time

If I could give NO star I would! I paid good money to have my truck throughly detailed inside and out and when I first got there I told them to vacuum under the seats... which they did not. They didnt even wash my back window on the inside. And they broke my cup holder and when I talked to the manager he said that "it was like that when you brought it in"... NO IT WAS NOT!!! I did not get what I paid for and they broke something and did not own up to it! I was not offered anything. I will never go back and I suggest that you dont waste your time or money there either.

Worst place ive taken my car to. I paid $42 for a wash outside and detail inside and they did a horrible job vaccuming and left dirty spots all over my dash and on the leather. And they werent even supposed to wax the car because i didnt come woth the wash and there was a bunch of wax just sitting on the paint of my car. Took it back and told the manager and they offered to clean it again and whatever they did, it looked the same as when i brought it in. Worst place ive been too. Wouldnt reccomend it for anyone who really cares about they cleanliness of there vehical.

Hall mark is the worse car wash place I have ever been. The people there could care less about your vehicle everytime I have went I have had to repair something that the car wash has broken off of my vehicle I kept thinking maybe it was its time..... But no just when I went there so this member card will be cut up tonight. One other thing is dont even try to speak to anyone about problems unless you know Spanish or want to have an endless argument. The worse place I seriously hate it with a passion of only I wasnt so lazy after work to wash it myself!

Paid $40 for a hand wash. BIG MISTAKE save yourself some money and go ahead and run it through the machine . I dont know what she was doing when she was inside the vehicle because the windows are still extremely dirty and mirrors are still extremely dirty they didnt wipe anything down on the inside of the vehicle and of course my rims are still nasty looking . Im pretty understanding when it comes to stuff like this but I got to be honest dont waste your money dont waste your time just go to another car wash

The best car wash I have ever taken my vehicles to. I take my car and husbands project car all the time, but took our 2002 Mini Van that we mostly use for Home Depot or Garden Center runs and actually thought she had pointed me to the wrong mini van. Even on the inside where the kids had dropped food and spilled chocolate milk was clean. Be aware that they will take several hours, but it is worth it. I will not go anywhere else.

Ive always used Hallmark and miss it now that I live on the west side of Houston. Theres a well-known chain car wash over here that does OK and has a nice store - but call me crazy, I like Hallmark better. They just do a better job IMO. If Im in Baytown on the weekends and have a chance I still go have my car done there. Last time I went they were under construction so Ill have to go back soon and see how it looks :)

I called and the Boss was gone, leaves before noon I was told. I asked the girl for information and she said she couldnt think without him. I got another on the phone and she cannot give out personal information such as her bosses name but she was Ashley. Forget it after reviews online and by my customers it must have changed management or the quality of help these days is what it is. That is why America is declining.

Well it is Saturday so I figured I would get my cash washed and armor all. They informed me they werent doing full service washes because there were too many people here. Then I had to wait 30 minutes to get out of there. Management had absolutely no care. What car wash isnt prepared to complete a top priced wash on the busiest day of the week? I will never be back!

They need another option in Baytown. My first visit, I saw the line break down and they drove my car over the stoppers to get it out and finished it by hand. Not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience. Today its been 45 minutes and my car still hasnt come through. There not even that busy. The service is terrible.
