Okay so I dont normally post unless my comment is the opposite of the reviews I have already read...however I am in the middle. You decide how mad you would be with what happened today with me. I went at 11:30 am an was finished with an interior and exterior cleaning in a decent amount of time. I looked around the car (that had not been properly washed in 6 months and it looked good). I had three bird droppings, all gone and decent bug build up, also gone. I get inside the seat and look around and hey it looked good. Now last weekend I had my seats folded down and moved some cinder blocks to a location and there was tons of stones in my back/trunk. I had half folded the seats so they would have to move them and clean it...the seats were folded back in seat form and looked good so I drove off to my next errand. Then I opened the trunk...and was disappointed. There were stones everywhere and they are east to just vacuum up so they did not even bother with it. I know my trunk is plastic and not fabric but that does not mean they do not need to vacuum it. I am debating on going back and getting it fixed or just dusting it out when I get home. The real problem I have though is that the crew who dries and wipes the windows could see that there was something wrong and did not fix it.

I have four cars that I take to the Lube Service center, have been visiting them for the last 6 years +. But I had a very poor experience with the detail service. I paid $175.00 for the Executive detail, which was VERY non-executive! Here was my venture. First, I had to get in line to have my car vacuumed. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the car still had a significant amount of bug splatter on the front bumper and grill. I went to the office to complain. The manager, Kevin walked over with me and helped the attendant clean "some" of the bug splatter off. When I complained to him, Kevin took a very nonchalant attitude and then left the car bay. They didnt detail around the Infiniti and M37 logo on the trunk. They snapped off one of the carpet holders on the right rear passenger side, so its missing. They did not wipe down and clean the inside of the inner trunk area, the inside metal, or shelf on the left and right sides. Didnt clean the trunk inner metal rim. When I got back to my home, the bug splatter was still evident, because with the light of the sun, you could still see the splatter. So, needles to say. Myself and non of my family members will be visiting ANY Mister Car Wash locations for oil changes or to utilize the car wash.

SCRATCHED WINDSHIELD - I WILL NEVER HAVE MY CAR SERVICED OR WASHED HERE AGAIN Last week, I had my oil changed and received their usual free car wash. On Sunday, I went back to have my car washed. During the wash cycle, the machines ripped off my windshield wiper blades. The metal piece of my windshield wipers then proceeded to scratch my windshield glass resulting in two large semicircles. After my truck had been parked to be dried, I could feel the cut with my nails. The managers response was, "Your windshield was already cracked." WRONG RESPONSE!!! The manager took my truck to the back and buffed the glass to attempt to remove the scratches. It is still there, and there is no use talking with the owner because they wont do anything. I have already shared my experience with family members and friends. They vow never to return there again (to the tune of 40 or so cars). I assure you I will drive out of my way to have my car serviced and washed just to avoid this despicable company.

I needed to get the oil changed on my car and went to Mister Carwash. They changed the oil in about 20-30 minutes. Best of all, because of their set up I was able to watch them work on my car. (Im not a car person by any means, but it was pretty interesting to watch) They give you a coupon for a free basic car wash (12.99) with an oil change. I also purchased gas from their gas station which was well priced for SugarLand and they even pump the gas for you! (I miss those days) Followed by the car wash. All in all, I think it was a great bargain for the price. My car was shiny and clean afterwards. I have to admit, I wasnt sure they would be able to get all the gunk off. My car had recently been attacked by birds and tree sap which would have been a pain to clean myself. Again, very satisfied and will definately be going there again!

Yesterday was my first visit to the carwash. My entire trip cost me $33 for wht was a 20 minute car wash...or about $100 an hour. The outside of the car looked great. The inside, not so much. A bit of missed dust on the center console, not a big deal. But for me, the biggest issue came when the evening sun hit my windshield driving home from work. Not a single one of the inside door windows were even touched. And the front and back windshields look like they were washed inside with a dirty diaper. I wondered why the guy in front of me practically did a white glove inspection of his truck. I thought he was just being a little picky. Nope, hes been here before! Not exactly what I expected for $100 an hour. This is a place that is all about volume and less about quality. Needless to say, yesterday was also my last visit.

Between a crew of people at different stations and some more specialized equipment for vacuuming the interior, I figured Id get something better than if I drove it through a $2.00 car wash, or the rain even, and used my house vacuum. For the exterior, I had to point out everything they missed, which I started to, but shortly gave up since Ive done much better on my own. These werent tough spots, mind you; I went around my car and was able to gently scrape off the remaining residue spots with my fingernail. But the interior was a bit of a nightmare. Im not quite sure how they vacuumed it, but my seats came out looking worse than before. Dust and dirt was piled in the seams, spread all over the seat, and pushed into all the crevices of the consoles. At least the surfaces of the console and dash were mostly dusted.

I had my car washed here everytime and it was fair. This time my carpet was not vacummed well, and a lot of dust and dirt was missed. The Mexican guy brought it back and revacummed and I had to help wipe what he missed.I could have done better cleaning myself. Then the next morning I noticed my car charger I used for 3+ years is missing, and another green car charger that I keep in my car is missing too.I went and looked just in case Im wrong but nowhere.i called the manager and was on hold for minutes, then the girl came back on the phone and took my number,Im still waiting for the call back.Im so pissed off I just need to tell the manager of my stolen stuff.Ill keep calling until I talk to the manger.I wont recommend this place or if you need to,put all your stuff in the trunk and keep an eye on your car at all times.
