Let me preface this by saying we are not complainers or difficult people. We worked with this place for several years despite repetitive issues. Overall we were happy with this gym and the kids really liked it but the management issues are something you should consider before handing over your money. We have been going here for a few years. This is a decent gym as far as the facility is concerned but the man who owns it (Frank) is greedy, dishonest and just plain not nice. Do not be surprised to see regular increases in tuition even if you were told by the owner that will not happen. He will regularly tell you he will "work it out" with you only to do what he wanted in the first place or act as though he has no idea what you are talking about with no regard to his customers. I guess with the location he has nothing to worry about? The office staff also tends to not know what is going on. Laura is in charge and will just dismiss you. The other girls behind the counter will at least go ask. If you were told about a class or paid and they do not know anything about it stick with it. Make them ask. You are not losing your mind. Despite being stuck between what the parents tell them and the owner/office manager, the gym staff is friendly and does a good job. I found that a lot of them are frustrated because certain kiddos are ready to move up or need a different class but they seem to really have no power to do that even though they are the ones that know the most about it. They are also paid a very poor wage for what they do thus, the coaches change around a lot and when you see the number of clients there you will wonder why the owner cannot pay them a little better to help remedy this problem. Overall, between the location and the coaches it is probably worth it. You will probably have minor issues like we did for the most part. Just be sure to get the numbers of any friends your kids may make or pull your child’s beloved coach aside if you hear they are leaving to see what gym they are going to. People come and go from there all the time because of the management issues.

i took my 3yo son there for some fun social time... They do NOT know how to handle 3yos... The staff who does the 3yo classes are teens, they wasted about 10min each class talking to each other and looking at their cell phones. my 3yo doesnt like to just sit there -bc the teen staff doesnt know how to interact with toddlers- and would get in trouble leading the teens to deny him of getting to go down the slide at the end of class which made him cry several time when we were enrolled. the parents have to sit up stairs in a very hot room full of other parents, and you ONLY get to watch your toddlers through a tv monitor with no sound, AND you cant see you kids for parts of class because the camera doesnt cover the whole room. the rest of the place looks cool for older kids, but skip this place if you are looking for a fun activity for you tots.

Weve had our 8 year old in the boys recreational classes for two years off and on and he has really enjoyed his time at Achievers. For the most part the coaches have been good but change frequently. As a parent, I appreciate that even though gymnastics is clearly not his forte, the coaches are always encouraging and havent ever been harsh with him when he cant perform a move. We attended our first recital this year and I was blown away when one of the head coaches (not his coach) recognized him, called him by name, and told him how excited he was that he came that day. At any given time there are fifty kids running around so that impressed me. I feel like they appreciate the fun of gymnastics and hard work, and not just winning competitions at any cost.

I go there for parents night out were it says in the website $15 on the door for 1st child and $5 for siblings but No!! They say its $30 on the door and $10 for siblings!!! Excuse me!! that is BS!! And after calling the manager she says I have to pay the $40 and then they will check it and might grant me a refund !!! Make up your mind and update your website and until that happens you shouldve honor your advertisement!!! Update: They finally changed it regardless of the call pretending they couldnt find what I was talking about and promising to honor it anyway as if I will go there!!

My 6 year old LOVES this gym. Most of all, she loves all of the amazing coaches!! We go to a late class and she has trouble focusing sometimes, but they NEVER get short with her or stop the class because of her. They are wonderful at redirecting her and very patient working with her with while still continuing the class. She is an Achiever for life!

I came here for a couple of birthdays and all I remember is having a blast, especially on the trampolines. Other than that, I dont know much about the competitive aspects to the gym.

Daughter attends recreational gymnastics classes here. The management is very accommodating and do not charge us if she can not attend. She likes the instructors very much.
