Great place to visit with the guys and get a professional barbers haircut. Joe and the others are top notch barbers with plenty of experience to take care of you. Conversation is always engaging and feel free to throw your two cents in but.... be ready for the rebuttal. As far as the only negative review on this site, Im not quite sure what website she is referring to. This barber shops media has nothing to say about "hair stylist" for women. Its a barber shop for crying out loud. Did I miss an Executive Order from the White House stating my favorite barber shop had to provide a service they dont specialize in? Hope this helps.

Theyve always given me a good haircut but I have to go elsewhere now. One of the old timers there was bragging about how he made a young girl cry because of what hed said to her when she asked for a mans haircut. I dont like cruelty and I dont like people who think its there business to tell others how they must live. All this is just so far out of the realm of providing the service of cutting hair it borders on absurd, but there this guy was puffed up proud of himself that hed shamed this girl. Shame on you, sir and shame on your barber shop.

1) no one can call Joe old and angry unless you are a patron of the shop. 2) its against the law to shave if youre not a licensed class "a " barber. 3) everytime i need a cut, there is a line waiting for the gentlemen of the best barber shop in town. so, business is not hurting. lets see. get a great haircut by joe or complain about paying to get my haircut fixed that a big breasted woman who cant spell "losing" messed up. i can use the extra money i saved to go to a strip club if i wanted to look at beautiful "talented" women.

Their website clearly says they cater to both men and women. I am a woman with incredibly short hair so normally go to barbers for ease. The owner flat out said he refused to help me claiming it was because they "only do men and boys hair" when realistically I think he held some pretty awful personal prejudice. Unprofessional and rude, wont be going back but figured to save those in a similar boat the bother.

This is the barber shop Ive been looking for since I moved here nearly 4 years ago. The shop is traditional, all the guys are great and the haircut was honestly the best Ive had in years, no lie. Im leaving this review because other good reviews are what lead me here. Reminds me of the shops I used to frequent as a kid with gramps. Only drawback is no credit card reader so bring cash or check!

I was refered to the Village barbershop several months ago by a friend, and I had the pleasure of meeting Joe who has been my barber since. Joe and the other barbers provide service with smile, excellent hair cut, and a great conversation. I will recommend my friends to Village Barber Shop. You Will Not Go Wrong Here!!!!

I am a military service member and have traveled all around the world. I have had my fair share of cuts and shaves at all types of barber shops and was not impressed with this one. Besides you can get more for your buck at other more up-to-date shops with more entertainment and additional services.

Walked in based off a friends recommendation at CAE. Got a nice military cut with a straight razor down to the skin. Guys were professional and military friendly. If you are in the DFW area, this is the place for a cut.

I used to go to sportclips. Never again. The guys here take their time to give you a sharp cut. And the conversation isnt bad either.
