I read some of the other reviews about the wait here, so I called and made appointment yesterday. Showed up 10 minutes before the appointment time and it still didnt even matter. Not only was I not acknowledged, I sat there for 45 minutes before I had to leave. The purpose of an appointment is to get something done at a certain time so you can go about your day, or in my case, get to work on time. Doesnt matter to these guys. So unless youve got a couple hours to spare, avoid this place. Oh, side note: a hair cut with an appointment costs 5 dollars more than a hair cut without an appointment. Doesnt make sense to me, especially when they dont honor appointments in the first place.

I went there and sat there for over an hour and didnt even get cut the guy as soon as I sat down said he was going to take me after his next appointment and then after that appointment ended he said "oh man I got appointments" and he didnt even get me and just went about his business I would not recommend anybody walking into this place and they dont have a phone so dont even try to call.

Dont come here as a walk in or you will end up waiting a very long time. I went there Saturday morning and after an hour of waiting and watching people go before me; I left without a haircut. Do not come without and appointment. If they welcome walk ins, then their service does not show it very well. Dont expect a greeting when you arrive.

Sat there for an hour with a friend and not once was spoken to or acknowledged. Im sure they know how to cut hair but Im also sure their customer service sucks. Would have called to make an appointment but every time I call no one answers the phone.

Waited for over an hour without being acknowledged. When I finally sat down for a cut I asked for tapered sides and no shaved in part. They did the opposite of both requests. It took me two more haircuts at another shop before it got back to normal.

Ive been going to this barber shop for a couple years now. If you walk in without an appointment, the wait can be a little long, but if theyre not busy, theyll get right to you. Reasonably priced, precision hair cuts.
