Worst experience ever! Go somewhere else where the people are more qualified. Got a gift certificate to go and get a straight edge facial shave for my birthday. When I walked in, I was was asked to take a seat by a top-heavy lady. I asked her the price (I had a $16 gift certificate from a friend) she said $12. Also, I was a bit worried she didnt know what she was doing and my assumptions were correct when she started shaving. First off she used a electric shaver to trim a few areas. Then, she was scraping at sections of hair with the straight edge instead of gliding. It was mildly agonizing letting her continue, but I thought she would get better. After all was said and done, there were small patches of longer hair left and large areas that were left rough (stubbly) along the neck and face (mainly the side areas). I will have to correct it myself with an electric shaver - this totally defeats the purpose of spending $16 on a straight edge shave at a barber shop. Note to the business owner: If your employees dont know how to do a straight edge shave properly, dont let them do it at all; it causes people to never want to return. I will certainly never go back for any reason. Also, although free beer is listed under the description, I only saw water and soda in the mini fridge.

one of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. the barber did what he wanted not what I requested. tools were unserviced and pulled at the hair rather than cut. by the time he was finished I was so aggravated that I didnt want him to even try to fix the lopsided job hed done after cutting more than twice as much of as requested that I left and found a different shop to clean up the mess.

Having lived in Keller, TX for over 25 years (Bearcreek) I have tried all of the possible barbershops and haircut shops around. The Barbershop in Keller is the one I keep going back to. You get a free soda or beer with your haircut and they also offer hot shaves which are nice in this day and age. Try them out you wont be disappointed, I promise.

Got my hair buzzed off, at which point the lady cutting my hair called me a hippie to my face, then she cut straight across the back of my neck and didnt even tell me. I thought it was just sore from the straight razor, but I had a big cut and it got infected because I didnt know to clean it.

Awesome, just awesome. From atmosphere to customer service, great people. My man got a great hair cut, beard trim and straight razor to shape, he looks so sexy. He will definitely be back. Oh and the refurbished old school chairs totally rock.

Ive lived in many places around the country in the last 30 years, and this is the best barber shop Ive ever patronized. Spacious, clean and comfortable surroundings, and an open refrigerator filled with beverages. Very friendly barbers too.

I have been here every 3-4 weeks for over 5 years now, never a bad job. Always a smile and a hello. And the coffee and doughnuts are great. My 10 y/o actually likes going also.
