The place was dead on a Wednesday and I still had to wait for over 45 minutes to even get acknowledged that I was there!! There were only 2 barbers working and I was the only one waiting. One barber got done and then left for a little bit. Breaks are cool. He came back and started sweeping the floor. Finally finished.... Then he started talking to the other barber and client. And I kept waiting. I finally stood up to leave. The barber turned around and asked me if I needed something...... Wow!! I walked out. Then he came to the door and told me to come in. This place is very awkward. I understand the hip hop atmosphere but have some professionalism and respect at the same time. YOU ARE NOT ICE CUBE!!!!! Keller/Fort Worth has so many other barbershops to offer that I ended finding what I was looking for!!!

I first would like to say that my oldest son got a great hair cut at this location. The issue I have, is the way we were treated when my 5 year old son was waiting to get a mohawk hair cut. It was like we had ebola! One barber left and went in the back, the other two kept trying to pass us off to each other like you get the ugly girl in the group at a night club. In the end we just left to avoid further disrespect and embarrassment. I am glad my kids arent old enough to understand what was happening. There was one person who seemed like the manager who was really trying to be helpful, but he was busy with an appointment customer. I really hope this shop does well but the young barbers must learn a barber shop should make all people feel welcome.

Please do NOT come here! They do NOT know how to do a haircut, much less how to do a "fade". Despite giving clear instructions, my barber gave me the worst haircut and beard trim I have gotten in years, no questions asked! Their prices are also not as advertised, they gave one price over the phone and another price upon conclusion of the service. The atmosphere is club-like. The barbers are smoking while cutting hair, I had the smoke come right in my face multiple times during my haircut. They have a pool table sitting in the middle of the shop as you walk in, and loud music playing the whole time. There are multiple other shops in the area, so I would suggest that you consider your options before coming into this place!

New to the state, needed a fresh cut and got referred here. Horrible customer service. They are selective on who they acknowledge when walking in. I sat for close to 30 minutes before someone asked me if I had an appointment. This was after I asked a barber if he did walk ins and him telling me he had an appointment to keep but still took the next walk in. Then at that, we have 6 people waiting to get cut and 3 out of the 5 barbers that were cutting when I walked in, decides to leave and not even speak or acknowledge any of the new customers that were waiting. Smh. These guys should not be your top choice.

Stay away from this place. Went in and sat there for 30 minutes before walking out. No one was even in there getting a haircut... the employees were talking and joking... walking in and out, and finally I just left. These people need a hard lesson on what customer service means, and might want to hire people that actually want to work. Unbelievable.

Be ready to wait if you have to bust a walk in. These kids do a pretty good job, but they do need to be more organized with new/short notice clientele. So if u have plenty of time n dont mind waiting go for it. But If you can, do yourself a favor and make an appointment. Theyll mos def get you cut up long as you show up at the respected time.

If you want an Authentic barber, basics to expert cuts, this is the place to go. 2 shops ideally located in the Keller/Saginaw area. I personally like the Keller shop as it feels like home. The owner Louis will do whatever it takes to gain your continued service, if you dont like something , tell him and he will make it right.

Its been really hard moving from out of state and finding a barber that wont mess my sons hair up (this is our 3rd barber in a year), we made an appointment with Will and he did a phenomenal job and really took his time. We are definitely not going anywhere else!

I took my son there this afternoon. I didnt get the name of the guy that helped us...but he was awesome! We didnt know what would be a good compromise between what Mom wanted and what kid wanted but the barber was able to help us out and we all ended up happy!

make an appointment or be prepared to wait at least an hour, had a similar experience as a previous review from Nathan, haircut was fine, its the time you wait and how only one barber was taking walkins that makes this place a 3 star or less

Immature kids (barbers) speaking very disrespectfully right in front of customers while they wait. They also so have their little trashy girlfriends hanging out joining in their conversation. These kids need supervision.
