This is more of a review for corporate. I recently moved, and of course, planet fitness locations are very limited. There isnt one near my new place, so i called to cancel and they say i cant cancel by phone. This was before the 25th of may, and my yearly fee hits on June 1. So i tried to transfer my membership to a gym closer to my new place at the advice of the staff member i spoke with on the phone, even though its still 30 minutes away in haltom city. It takes three days for a transfer to compete. I drive all the way out to halton city on a work day to cancel my membership, and ask if they are able to refund my yearly fee because obviously, Im not going to use my membership this whole year. They say i have to talk to my old location. Really??!? So i call corporate and ask them if this is possible and explain my situation. They werent at all flexible. Just a flat out "no." For being a black card member, Id expect way better treatment. This brand doesnt know what it is to deal with humans who actually have lives to lead. Their locations are scarce and their policy to cancel in person is ancient. I would not recommend joining based on my experience. I think Id rather work out at home and save my money. Highly disappointed.

I love going to work out, and this location is the closest to my home. But Planet Fitness is supposed to be a "judgment free zone". So does that include no creepers or guys recording you with their cell phones being allowed to roam the gym??!! Another issue, I have tried to call to ask questions about my account and there is no getting through. I attempted to register online and the system tells me that I am entering a wrong first name.

This place is amazing. Super clean, all the equipment is kept in perfect shape. Spacious locker room. Plenty of showers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Their trainer, Sam, is great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you achieve your goals. I look forward to going to the gym every day.

I visited this location while I was here for a week Bham. Their no spray bottle on one of the trash can to clean the equipment or paper towel on the other. Why not two bottles and two rolls of paper towels. Why your location do not have the hooks to hang your jackets and keys for your guests?

If it wasnt for the new "manger" i would probably rate this 4 star. The gym is average, but this new guy has a horrible attitude. You can tell hes curently going through a power trip. Im glad he takes his job seriously but he dont have to be an a**hole.

Grace needs a raise. Outstanding customer service. I had a billing issue and i had to transfer to a different location. She was professional and honestly just a sweet heart. Good job guys

Like this one better than some of the others. the employees are nice and the cleaning staff keep that place very clean. Locker rooms are nice and the showers are bigger than my home gym

Nice place to work out. Terrible piped-in music. I know I should use earphones to listen to my own music, but I am more comfortable without them. Just have to block out that bad music.

Not enough lockers in the womens locker rooms. apparently overnight storage is allowed so when I get to workout even when the gym is not crowded there are no lockers available

Price is not clear. There is an extra 80$ per year in fees at least. I just want to work out for a reasonable price. Guess this is not the place for me.
