We celebrated our wedding and reception at Hackberry Creek Country Club with 100 of our friends and family. I am thrilled that we did! Great interior lighting, a high quality staff and customer service, the value added with chairs and tables, and a fantastic menu choices for the reception. The little extras like beautful outdoor wedding and seating, table decor, centerpieces, adding our photobooth, cleanup, open bar, and professionalism was so much more than we expected. Weddings are stressful enough and I always expect there might be something that would be missed. But not here! Our guests let us know it was the best wedding they attended. The food was superb and people continued to rave about it all weekend. My new sister-in-law says she gained ten pounds just from the event but said it was worth it. Dancing the night away and having a wonderful bartender certainly made our night extra special. We had nothing to worry about during the planning and execution phase. The Special Events Planner, Jessica Anderson, was top notch. She was calm and thorough. I think Hackberry Creek Country Club is an ideal place for a wedding venue and is one of the best kept secrets in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Thank you HCCC for making our special days that much extra special!

This review is strictly based on the golf course. I played here yesterday as a change up from my home course. Wont play here again. Fairways are fine, course layout is pretty good, but the greens ruined the entire experience. They are ripping out sections of the greens on the first 15 holes and there are square patches that are completely uneven from the rest of the green. It completely messes with your putting and looks ridiculous. Its not a patch here or there either, its all over the entire green. If I were a member of this club I would be demanding that I have my money returned as the conditions of the greens are completely unacceptable.

We bought a deal from IDealGolfer for a round of golf at Hackberry Creek. The deal was for "Valid any time Monday (if open) and Tuesday – Thursday". The pro shop refused to honor the coupon for Thursday morning ("Thats for members only"). No, it wasnt because they were busy, they just said the coupon was wrong and refused to honor it. How in the world is that ethical or legal? Well, actually I dont think it is either, but I guess my opinion doesnt really count, eh? Well be asking for a refund from IDealGolfer, but my advice is to not do business with Hackberry, since they seem to be unwilling to honor their commitments.

Challenging course with excellent greens. Greens in great shape and fast. Pace of play is excellent. Ive played several rounds in 3 hours or less. I cannot say enough about the entire staff, which is reflective of the Head Pro Abe Hernandez. Abe is super down-to-earth. He isnt the typical Head Pro who is "all about the money and bottom line." Abe is more concerned about pleasing the members and their guests than raking in the cash. I am a golf professional and have spent a couple of months at Hackberry Creek CC and I would recommend this Club to anyone and everyone.

Great venue for private/public/communal parties & celebrations. Wonderful, detail oriented staff with accommodations to match. Great hall/sunroom area is elegant, excellent seating for large groups. Fitness, tennis, pool, golf, and outdoor recreation facilities are all well maintained.

A beautiful Country Club, I attended Cotillion at this location in high school, it was a wonderful experience. I have also had many business meetings here and the staff are always extremely attentive and helpful.
