The manager (Aron) that check me out using my debit card told he had to run my transactions again because a receipt didn’t print out. I clearly said to him but it was approved. He said it won’t clear with your bank but it did!. I when back 3 day later to tell him I got double charged. Again he said it will issues a credit in a couple days. I went back 7 days later and told him to credit my account and the words that came out of his month was there is nothing I can do that I needed to get with my bank. WTF! NOW I WAS REALLY PISSED! Autozone need to get their act together! The manager I believe his name was Aron is a joke!

Visiting Floresville from Houston, we had car trouble - a dislocated CV joint under my car. We had no help from anyone except for AutoZones own Duane, who helped us and we were able to return to Houston that day. We have never been so well attended. Duane did beyond what we expected. AutoZone has regained our confidence & will be sure to consider it again when traveling thru Floresville, Texas. Thank you for employing such a great person.

Took my truck to have battery tested because I have had to jump start it every rime I use the truck. My battery was weak, and they were going to test the alternator but my truck would not start. They tried SEVERAL different things to try to get it started but nothing worked. I was very impressed by how much they did to try to help me. They were GREAT!!!

Dont use this place for parts or any type of service , there is an orileys and a Napa within one minute . Both are better choices .
