I must say I have not actually used their services. I did not get past the girl who answered the phone and was not very knowledgeable. I asked about having the oil in my generator checked, and she told me they did not do engine work. ?? She basically discouraged me from using their services-told me it would cost $ 100 for them just to come out, which I understand and then another $100/hr 1 hour minimum fee. I asked her about bringing it in and she told me theyd need to keep it for a few days. She told me they would call back with a day, and no one ever did.

The AC on our RV went out in the middle of a camping trip on a Saturday. These guys fixed it up in no time at all! Its nice to see there are still businesses out there who put the customer first and appreciate the service of veterans!
