Horrible service, we checked in online for two people and when we arrived, the waiting screen shows for 2 people as well. They called for my husband but never called for me. Instead they called the people who walked in behind me first. After they cut my husbands hair (which took forever as well) we asked when it would be my turn and they replied "oh you need haircut too? Next time check in" Well yeah we did! Im the second person under his name. We waited over an hour for 2 hair cuts when checking in online showed it would be 5 minutes, my ass. Im never going back here again.

Great customer service! I will definitely be going back to see the Assistant Manager Juanna again and again. I had issues with my original haircut from another stylist, she was very professional helped figure out what I really wanted and fixed it for me. I could not have asked for more! I was very happy with the final cut as well. I truly appreciated it, its hard to find customer service like that nowadays.

Ive never been to a walk in hair salon. I have been spoiled by having a friend cut my hair for years. That being said, I will certainly use this service again. Fast service, great care in following my requests, super value! Clean, neat and friendly!

It takes them 5 minutes just to put you in their computer system so they can send you more junk mail. No sense of urgency or respect for ones time here. If you want to get in and out quickly forget it. There are better options in a better atmosphere.

Dont waste your time here. Left with uneven hair. I had to go to sports clips to get it redone and they even said it was a bad job it looked rushed. Do yourself a favor spend a little more money and go somewhere that cares about you and your haircut
