They let me just sit there, while they cut 5 people before me, without telling me how long I was going to be waiting. I left after 1 and 1/2 hrs. Never again. This place does not have a clue about customer service. This was not the first time, but it definitely was the Last time. Super cuts will cut my hair from now on. Even a bad cut with customer service beats a long wait without.

I have been going here for every haircut for the last year or so. There can be long waits so I call ahead and see how busy they are; or I schedule an appointment. Never had to wait doing this. My son and I always get Alicia to cut our hair. She does a great job and is always courteous and friendly.

they never have time or there is at least a 2 hr wait and then argue with you on how to cut your hair and in the end they do it how ever they want anyway. They almost always close 2 hrs early.. They just really suck.. No wonders why they can not keep good stylist there.
