Henrietta is a fantastic hair dresser. She really cares about her clients needs and does everything she can to make sure they are completely satisfied with the results. I have beeen going to Henrietta since March of 2011, when I first went to my consultation my hair was a short hair cut and I wanted to let my hair grow out by having a sew in weave. My hair on the back and sides was so short that it could not be braided, (about 1 inch in length) but Henrietta found a way to get the weave sew in thru a process where she uses a net on your hair to help protect my hair. I found out about Henrietta thru some reviews on yahoo and decided to check her out. She set up a consultation with me and let me look at some pictures of her work and talked me thru the entire process. I had worn weave before, but had never worn a sew in so she explained how everything would work and showed me samples of the hair which I was able to order directly from her. I am an african american woman and it is hard to let my hair grow out on its own. Thru the sew in technicque my hair has grown to about 10-12 inches in length. I use the brazilian virgin remy hair and the hair is of great quality and lasts for a very long time if well taken care of. I have been able to use the same hair for a total of 4 installs and decided to buy new hair just because I was ready for a longer length. Henrietta calls to make sure that you are happy with your results a few days after your hair is done after every single appointment, which I think is amazing. Even if you are not happy with the style she will go out of her way to fix it for you. Check her out, you will not be disappointed! Revised review added on 7/13/13 Ive read the bad review given by one of Henriettas clients and find that review to be very untrue. I have never paid $2000 at any hair appointment with Henrietta. She has always made my hair look great and even if for some reason I was not 100% happy with my hair style she would tell me to return and she fixed it, FREE of charge. Her prices are very reasonable and if they were not I would not be going to her. I have never had a problem with getting a hold of Henrietta and as I stated before she always calls a day or two after my appointment to make sure I am happy with how my hair turned out. As a result of going to Henrietta my hair has grown out and I am completely happy with my hair and always have been. Henrietta is a wonderful person who only wants the best for her clients and will go out of her way to make sure your hair looks great and you are happy.

IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR DONE RIGHT, STOP WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY ELSEWHERE & GO TO HAIR PARADISE - PERIOD. Ive been a client of Henriettas for over eight years!! Shes practically family at this point. : ). I used to live in the Dallas area, but now live in San Antonio. For years, my sister and I would DRIVE EIGHT HOURS to & from Dallas every few months to get our hair done. Why? Because we trust Henrietta with our hair. Now that I have to make the trip solo, I fly. My friends and other women who have inquired about my hair cant believe that I fly back and forth to Dallas. What can I say? This girl doesnt play when it comes to her hair. My hair has become a big part of my identity and thats thanks to Henrietta. Because of her, Ive learned to take care of my hair and absolutely love how it makes me look. A great beautician is hard to find. So, when you find one, any woman with good sense will tell you that if she can swing it, shell do whatever she can to get in that beauticians chair - even if that means getting there by car, plane, train, whatever. If youre considering any style of a weave, Hair Paradise is definitely worth a visit. There hasnt been one time that Ive left Henriettas shop and been unhappy with my hair. Shes very knowledgeable about what she does and shes always willing to help give you what youre looking for; whether its the latest style or assistance with repairing damaged hair. If you get your hair done by Henrietta, you will not be disappointed with the results! Trust me - eight years of consistency has kept me coming.

I am originally from San Antonio and recently moved to Dallas for my career. My hometown friend mentioned that she flies into Dallas for her weaves and suggested that I see her stylist, Henrietta at Hair Paradise Salon in Irving, TX. Henrietta is knowledgeable and kind, and takes great pride in her work. Specializing in sew-in weaves; Henrietta not only creates lasting styles but also provides hair care tips for her clients. Her shop is clean and welcoming, and she is professional and thorough when working with her clients. I have visited Henrietta twice for my hair. Just recently I asked Henrietta to leave the top portion of my hair out while trying a new style. After a few days, I realized that my decision to leave my hair out was not compatible with my lifestyle, since I run and exercise daily. After speaking with Henrietta, she told me what I needed to order and promptly worked me into her already busy schedule to meet my hair care/ style needs. During my second visit, she was patient and understanding, and she even called me the next day to see if I was satisfied with my new and improved hairstyle. After searching for hair straightening salons I came across this place.Initially things were going well.The stylist was explaining to me and all.As my treatment was coming to an end she put an remainig entire blob of the treatment cream onto my scalp.I did not say anything coz I have done this process before and the usually the stylist will finish off the product.After she was done I noticed tht my hair was looking too extra flat on the crown area.I asked her to do something about it.But since it was time to close the salon she got lil fussy about it by saying that its looking alright.And I honestly thought that since my hair has been just treated it will be fine when I wash it.On my way back I was touching my hair and noticed that the portion of hair around my crown area seemed like sruck to the scalp.I could not even run my fingers through it which usually does not happen even on just treated hair.That portion of hair is looking so drawn back n pulled that I can literally see my hairline in a way that I do not like it.Also my hair has become more dry than before and I just cant leave my hair open.I honestly look like a baldy and moreover I have a round face so its ridiculously looking ugly.I paid $300 for this and regret it big time

!!! I brought clip in hair extensions at Sally beauty supply. I needed to get them blended to my hair so it wouldnt look bad called many places and no one was willing to cut the hair extensions. Finally I can upon hair paradise. Called her. She just got out of class as she is going to school to be an Esthetician. I asked if she was available to cut my hair extensions as they are clip-ins and she said of course. I couldnt really find the location I called her and asked her if she could give me directions. Instead of giving me directions she came and found me I followed her to her salon. Walked in the door and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. It is so beautiful!!!! We talked about cutting the extensions and we both agreed that cutting clip-ins wouldnt be the best decision so we desided that sew-in would be the best option. As everyone knows sew in extensions take a lot of time and she was more than happy to do it for me. Normal hair dressers dont work Mondays but she works Monday- Saturday 10-10. She is absolutely amazing.. I will definitely be coming back!!! She now has a long time client.!! So ask for the amazing Henrietta !!
