Best for guys who just need a trimmer run on their hair. My mistake to have gone to this place for a hair color. Total charge including tip was $140 (2 haircuts and 1 hair color). Wanted to cover my grey hair and repeatedly told the stylist about the purpose of getting a hair color done that day. Nevertheless, i had to go back next day as my grey hair was still partially grey after the treatment. Not only Pam is a racist but needs a eye checkup as she kept saying she doesnt see any greyness in the hair, whereas one other stylist, stood right next to her and said she can see some grey hair(probably a new stylist).. Finally, after been given an appointment for correction at 11AM, the manager turned up at 11.40, as she is supposed be the one to decide what to do....enters Monica, after a brutal hair pulling and rude treatment, like, after applying color and washing, she asks to check the color on completely wet hair with dripping water. I asked if she would dry it before I can check the color, she harshly brushed the hair (still wet) and dried it on the right side (ya, i dont need my hair to be dry on left side). They way she applied color was more like testing if she can penetrate the color brush through my skin.....great disappointment!!

My husband and son got their hair cut here last night. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because my sons haircut turned out pretty good. My husbands hair was cut uneven, the girl that did his hair didnt fade the sides and the back into the top, she used clippers and there were areas that were longer/shorter when the same size clipper was used. His hair looked horrible and we had to fix it when we got home - we ended up cutting his hair much shorter than he wanted to even it out. I usually cut my husbands hair but thought that a trained hairstylist would do a better job, obviously not. A different lady cut my sons hair and she did a good job, it ended up a little shorter than he usually likes but he likes it and the cut is even and looks nice. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good here and we will not be back, and I cannot recommend this Supercuts.

The regular stylist are great but they hire new girls that are terrible. Been getting haircut here for years and I usually give new stylist a chance but never again. She didnt know a Faux hawk from a Mohawk. Had to completely cut my hair all off afterwards since I cant show up to work with a Mohawk. Time to find a new place for a haircut. My advice: request the long time stylist or you might end up regretting it. Never coming to this place again. As much as I like getting cut from Pam, this is the first time Ive ever gotten a haircut this messed up and wont give them the chance for a second. I look like someone that is fresh out from basic training.

I asked the girl for a LONG bob haircut. I even showed her a picture , specifically asked her for bangs and layers. She cut my hair very short, didnt even add layers and was already getting me off the chair before she did my bangs . When I told her how upset I was at how short she cut my hair she said she though the way she was cutting it looked better!!! Didnt even say sorry. Charged me full price. I almost wanted to cry! You dont mess with peoples hair like that.

My better half and I have been going to Supercuts Irving accross from Mall since 1997 and always request Pam, does a great job and is friendly. All of the others are as well, very professional place. Prices keep going up, but I guess like the raises we get every year so, I shouldnt complain. I am very picky, very opinionated and will throw out how I feel if I dont like it, and I have to say I have never had an issue! Thank you Pam and the rest of the team.

Clean store and prompt service. However, the girl who gave my husband a haircut didnt know what she was doing. When she asked what length for the back, we replied "one quarter". She paused for a bit, then said "one quarter is the same as one fourth?". She then proceeded to cut the back using the 1/8 size...and said if he wanted it shorter, she could go down to 1/4. Umm..too late.

Awesome staff everyone is great but my favorite stylist is Pam! Shes being doing hair for over twenty years and it shows!! The quality of her work is always great and shes very knowledgeable on products and services. Shes the kindest, funniest, and you can tell that she loves her job. Make sure you call ahead because she stays very busy.

I just had one of the best and most informative haircuts of my life. I want to thank Karen C. for that. Im usually a cheap person (only wanting to pay 10) but i think i found my new favorite location haha . im wondering if they still want a tip doe??? Hmm. I didnt give her a tip today because i was poor but i will next time.

I was at this location on December 22nd 2013. They were not busy; i was the only customer when i went in, and there were three stylists waiting. Pamela was the one who cut my hair. She was confident in her work-style and did an absolutely great job! I am glad i went to this SuperCuts location in Irving, TX.
