I have been going to the Great Clips in Little Elm for 6 years because of Marybell, who is the best, most professional hairstylist ever. Today, I called to schedule an appointment and learned that she had been transferred to another great clips in McKinney because of personal issues. I learned it boiled down to scheduling issues and that the current manager, who has only been in place 3 months had issues with her schedule. I addressed my concerns with DeeDee, the manager and asked to elevate my concerns to the district/general manager. She refused to give me her telephone number and or contact info but fortunately, another great clips was able to give her number and she called be back and explained that Great Clips wasnt putting the needs of their customers first. Marybell, hands down has a huge following and Im Drafting a letter to Todd McCown, owner of this Franchise. Fingers crossed that a little social media storm will help them recognize that the customer should always come first.

Alexendra was the worst and laziest hair stylist I ever met. I went in on Friday for a hair cut, deep conditioning and hair style. I told I have dandruff and she says you dont have any dandruff it is just dry scalp and she rinses off with a shampoo and says deep conditioning is not of any use to me since I will use my regular shampoo after going home . After trimming my hair when asked about the hair style she asks me what kind and I told her Round brush curls. She says I am sorry we dont do it here , only new stylist does it and it is Time taking job. Coming home I see all the small cut hair on my t shirt literally all of it on my top and I had to take a shower again. Worst experience ever. Watch out.

She left hairs on my neck and side burns. I had to break out my own razors to clean it up! Simply the worst haircut. She was too busy talking to her co-worker about drugs she left my hair a birds nest! Its one thing to have a job, its another to do it professionally and she did not do that! I miss the times of true professionals, women or men that have worked their whole lives as barbers or beauticians. That take pride in their work! You may ask why I didnt say anything at the time. Thats because she put so much jelly in it that it looked decent. I wish I could remember her name because I would definitely post it!

I arrived 30 min before closing and while i was walking up to the door, when the lady working there ran up and locked the door, shrugged her shoulders a walked away. She could have easily told me she was busy or unable to cut my hair, I would understand. Also on a previous occasion I brought my year old son for a cut, the lady was terrible with children and did a hack job and looked at me expecting a tip. I will not return here. I now go to to super cuts by Walmart where I get amazing service and a great cut.

Always great customer service and hair cuts here. Especially coming from someone who hates having his head messed with, been that was since a kid. (I know Im weird!) Online check in usually saves some time. I randomly came here after moving to the area last year and havent went anywhere else since. I used to get Rosalia (I think that was her name) all the time but have gotten someone else the last couple times because she was busy and havent been disappointed with the new girls either.

Honestly I had the worst experience in a salon ever at great clips.she was supposed to give me a fade but like she really messed up. Y her. Even the edge up was bad .my hair line basically look like shills going up and down . I would not recommend no one to get a haircut there. Plus I wanted the black lady bc Im black and sur she she hold understand black peoples hair better. But nah they just handed a random who did a really bad job Im really upset and unsasyifi

My family and I have been going to this location for some time now. Alex and Sarah are both very knowledgeable with the products as well as skill level. Overall the saloon and stations are kept clean and generally never had an issue with staff members having the right equipment(s). Decent and positive attitude from greeting you, casual conversation during the cut and upon leaving. I would strongly recommend the location.

The haircuts are fine. Leta is especially good. What aggravates me is you have to give your phone number, name, address, mothers maiden name and bank account password to GET A FREAKING HAIRCUT! And boy, do they give you the dirty looks if you tell them no. Please manager, teach your employees how to log in a "guest" and how to respect your customers wishes and end this malarky.

If you want to save money on haircuts, do it yourself. It will be more enjoyable than the experience you will get here, even if you do not do a good job. I am sure you will pay more attention than anyone of these people that work in this location. I have had good experiences at great clips before, but this location on Eldorado is extremely unpleasant.

Every time I go I get really good service. I always go with the same stylist. Her name is Alex she know how I like my hair cut. Its never an awkward moment she keeps up a conversation and acknowledges you not just as a customer. Shes actually helping my home get my hair back to normal after it was butchered at supercuts.

Horrible hair cut. Loomed like she clipped up too high on the top of his head and tried to "fix"it. I had her go back and cut some hair she missed. Thought it was good until the next day and it is all choppy and some very long uncut hair. Im upset I even have a tip and have been debating if we trust them to fix it.

Nice salon. Great staff. I was impressed. It was my first time there. The staff was bright and happy to be working. The stylist didnt waste my time, but made sure I was happy with everything. Warm personality. She made a couple of changes at my request. Clean salon. Very reasonable price. Two thumbs up.

The online check in is not accurate and pointless. I checked in online and was told that my wait time was 15 minutes. I got there 10 minutes after checking and was told that I have another 15-20 minutes more. Also the receptionist was not helpful at all. Will not be visiting this establishment again .

I moved to Little Elm about 3 years ago. Ive tried several places around and I finally found a stylist is liked in this area. Alexandra at this Great Clips is always friendly and does a great job. She has done my hair for well over a year now and i have been satisfied every time.

Todays experience was good. I did the web check in, so I had very little wait time. I have a sort of bold hair cut and just needed a trim. My stylist listened well and even suggested a little change which made my cut even better. This is my go-to place for a haircut.
