Horrible experience, the receptionist could learn to smile every once in awhile and my stylist had horrible bed side manners. She was blow drying my hair and the brush kept getting tangled with my hair. She just shook her head looked at me and said "does it always do this"? Like really?? Its hair and thick hair so yea! Not only was that bad but she butchered my haircut. I told her I wanted a light trim and to redo my layers but not to make the layers short, I wanted them longer. Well my layers are about half the length of my actual hair and it wasnt blended in either.... Maybe the other stylists are better than her but Im not going to be taking anymore chances here and not going back ever!

The owner of this facility is completely money grubbing. Every time I got my hair done at this location, it was never amazing. Sometimes it was even butchered, but nonetheless, the prices kept going up. This last time my regular cut and highlights cost me close to $200 (no product!) and when I had a complaint about it not being right, no remedy was offered. They also hoard client names. The only girl who I liked there ended up leaving and they were extremely rude when I asked if they could tell me where she went. After a butchered $200 haircut and complete snobbery for customer service, I will never go back.

I was referred to Bree by a good friend and after seeing her the first time I havent been anywhere else. She does an incredible job, she genuinely cares about making you look your best. Shes very personable and incredibly knowledgeable. I rarely leave a salon without going straight home to try to fix the cut, but after getting out of Brees chair I have never had to do so. I leave feeling confident that I just got the best cut possible.

Today I came in as a new customer, I left so disappointed. I work in a lovely environment and I am scared to return to work because my hair is orange. The woman burned the side of my face it is red and swollen. Being that it is Saturday and I work on Monday I have no idea how to fix the fact that my hair is Orange.

Have been going to see Tanja at Avant. The last time she cut my hair she sped through the cut and just hacked off the bottom of my hair and didnt trim my layers like I wanted. She didnt even ask if it looked ok, just said, ok done! 30 mins and $42 later my hair looked awful.

Poor experience. I ended up with orange hair and it costed almost $300. Also when I was trying to explain what I wanted the stylist was extremely rude. Worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Would never reccomend going there

Ive never had to wait for my appointments at Avant. Im always seen within five or 10 minutes of getting there! I feel I receive a pretty good value for my money and they always explain things to me before doing anything.
