Theyre lucky to even get one star for me I went in there for highlights and low lights I wanted the low lights to be my low lights and my highlights to be my main source of coverage and I showed her the picture several times and we discussed it several times, then aftermath my hair barely gets send out like I asked and instead of being blonde highlighted with black low lights or brown it came out completely black with barely any blonde looks nothing like the picture or what we discussed and she never even apologized

Asked for a haircut and highlights I got a mullet and a streak of blonde down the middle of my head. I was charged for the mullet and given a free bottle of product for my horrible experiece. The manager offered to try and fix it, but after sitting in a chair for over 4 hours and told that I was over- acting and not even offered a apology. I was done. I ended up paying over $300 to get my hair color corrected at another salon. You would do better going to s school for hair and getting your hair done.

My wife brought my 10 year old daughter in who had hair down to the middle of her back. She brought a picture in and the style should have put her hair to just below the shoulders and this person took almost a foot off and it looks no where near the picture. How does a picture get lost in translation? My daughter left crying all the way home. Manatieo was the stylist and Im thinking she needs to go back to school to learn how to listen to clients. Butcher school would have been more suitable.

After reading other reviews I was really nervous but I walked out feeling awesome! All that was missing was complementary water or coffee. I had decided to go for a very short cut and since I have very straight hair, any mistake is easy to notice. Thankfully Afsana was very nice from the beginning and did an amazing job. She was easy to talk to (so am I), and not once did I get a bad vibe from her.

I had a horrible experience , Meredith ruined my hair and dyed it dark grey when all I went in for was a very simple root touch up, she tried to play it off like it would be okay instead of immediately owning up to the fact she completely messed up my hair , in total I spent a horrible 5 hours while she tried to fix it and it still is not even close to my original color that I had when I went in!!

I have been here a few times. It is usually just for a trim and style. The last time I went it was super crooked with long random pieces sticking out in the back. I have never walked out happy with the way my hair looks and I am really not even all that picky about it.
