Ever since we have been a customer at ULTA (10 years), we have used two $3.50 off coupons in two separate transactions in the same visit. No one ever objected to it and we have never had any problems. However, Uche, one of the store managers at the Mansfield TX location, told us that it was corporate policy that we could not use two ULTA coupons in the same visit even if it is in two separate transactions. She also mentioned that if other stores allow that, they will get in trouble. But we called the Arlington TX location at the Highlands and they said that they do allow it. We then called the Mansfield location and Tiffany, the other store manager, said that she and Uche recently changed their stores policy to not allow two separate transactions. She also said, "I wont be able to recognize you so if you come now, you might be able to get away with it". Firstly, this is no way to speak to a customer. Secondly, the policy she and Uche created does not even make sense nor is it effective. We are still paying the same price whether we pay at the same visit or 10 minutes later, since that is what Tiffany implied. Nobody has the time for a second visit and with this ridiculous policy that not even the store managers are taking seriously, you are losing customers. Is this your policy from the corporate office or is this an individual store policy? We definitely will not be going to the Mansfield location again.

you know i am so glad someone mentioned it lol. I noticed that to when i shopped there a couple weeks ago. Her name is Leslie, i did speak with her about a product. I get that vibe from her as well, she is very of putting to the point where i just wanted to hurry and find the product and get out. The employees are awesome though! they are so sweet and smiling all of the time. When i did find the product i didnt want her to help me anymore so i said i was good and found someone else to help me. I cant remember her name but she seemed very busy. I thinks she was a manager as well and when i asked for her help she stopped what she was doing to help me. I loved her!!!! I wish i could remember her name. I know it started with an A though lol. I believe she did say she was in a management position. Either way this Leslie needs to take some lessons from her employees on being polite and repectful. You are right it doesnt only go for customers but towards your employees as well. The store was beautiful though!! i would shop at this ulta more if i didnt feel so bad for the girls there:( haha jennifer you should apply to be there manager, you seem to know your stuff!!!;)

I have been to this location twice and had an excellent experience both times. Im relatively new to DFW (Mansfield), and have found local customer service to be hit or miss. However, the ladies at Ulta have consistently displayed an eagerness to help find products best for ME... even if its a $7.00 clearance item. They make my top 5 list of places in area with superior customer service Thank you, and Ill be back soon :-)

I bought the Ulta brand cleanser, night cream, and moisturizer with SPF. I used them for 3 days and my skin broke out terribly, to the point of peeling. I did not have a receipt but have a rewards card and shop at this store frequently. The manager was rude and did not want to exchange the products, give store credit. This experience will terminate my patronage to the store in Mansfield. I was very disappointed.

No one ever asks if I need help with anything. The staff is poorly trained, they dont even know how the platinum point system works and tried telling me I had to use all of my points in order to get a discount, that I couldnt just use 100 for $3 dollars off.

I dont really shop here myself but come with my girlfriend quite a bit. Its nice so now I know what she likes and wants so I can get it too. The people are generally nice for a makeup store and decently helpful. I wish the would restock more frequently.
