My review consists of two parts... First, as an employee of Express-Western Center: I worked for Express back in 2008/09 (back when they were in the old Denton Hwy location), for about a year and a half. During my time employed through their office, I had a very positive experience. Express offers insurance, paid holidays (after working a set number of hours) and many other benefits. They are very easy to work with. Michelle M (at the front desk) is super friendly to talk to. She is a wonderful representation of the company as a whole...definitely the ideal customer service attitude to be the first person you meet when you walk in the door. Secondly, as a client of Express-Western Center: Simply put, this location is fantastic! I have staffed employees through different staffing agencies throughout our warehouses; and this office staff consistently outperforms all others. - It starts at the top with Tim and Lance (owner and manager). These guys are always willing to take care of any staffing requirements I might have. They will routinely follow to ensure that all of my staffing needs are being met. Thank you guys for what you have done for me personally and professionally. - Ashley B and Christi N (staffing specialist) are wonderful at finding me qualified candidates for our unique staffing situation. Thank you for all of your endless searching for that perfect person for me. - Michelle M (front desk) must be mentioned again. I look forward to calling the office because of her bubbly yet professional phone etiquette. Thank you maam for doing such a great job of brightening someones day with just a few words. -And last but definitely not least, the on-site coordinators...Natalie, Whitney and Miranda...These three ladies are absolutely awesome!! Thank you for everything you do for us on a daily basis. It has been and will continue to be a pleasure seeing you everyday. We couldnt do it without you! Excellent communication is key to a successful relationship and this location and all of its staff are the epitome of this principle. I look forward to many more years of great work together. My husband and I have been going through Express since we moved to Texas. Witch is always been a good thing.but for the last year and a half weve been going there weve been offered positions 2 to 3 dollars below what our experience is worth and what we put on that application. Im not at Express to fill another job for them Im there to find a permanent job. Also many of post on their website say that theyre hiring I show up have more than enough background experience on forklift from Amazon and my prior manufacture and places of work and they dont hire me for The position I originally came forand always lead me on oh were waiting on the client were waiting on the greenlight from the client.I have been more than patient with Express for this last year and a half. So to express to your corporate to whoever reads this understand that this Express off of Western Center North Beach through my experience has been the worst staffing agency I have been to and believe me there are many here in the DFW Texas

I personally have had a great experience with Express Staffing. Their hospitality is amazing. Their employees are very welcoming people I have ever seen. I got a job through Express Staffing when I was in high school. I desperately needed a weekend job back then. I’d applied several places before Express, but I could not find one because I had my own schedule to work as a student. Finally, Express could provide me a good schedule which I wanted. I was so happy!! I must say Express Staffing is a good employer to work with. They have great work opportunities for those students who are looking for a job. Many of immigrant workers like me were also hired by Express Staffing. Some English? That’s fine! They’ll work it out. Not only me, but also most of my family members used to work for Express Staffing. Their smiles, their work deeds as a staffing agent, and their compassions for job seekers are so amazing indeed.

The Express professionals that I worked with have done an excellent job in locating talent and providing an overall complete service. From the beginning I wasn’t sure if they could help us find the good candidates that we were looking for. However I was wrong from the beginning Jamie Tarpenning was very optimistic and was interested in earning our business. Jamie stayed at it communicating by phone and in person and brought in other team members that could help with fostering a strong business relationship. From the beginning Jamie and her team on Western Center Blvd have been amazing. I send them the details of the ideal candidate and they send me only candidates that fit into the organization. Her timely communication and her professionalism put me at ease and I feel like we have a good partner for temp services. I look forward to working with her in the future.

Ive worked for Express for about one year and when I got hired it was through an ad on craigslist about the company needing to hire many people. I went into the office and turned in my application, interviewed, signed paperwork, drug tested and got hired all within a few hours. I remember the staff being respectful and kind. Once I received the job we had an orientation one day and started working the day after or a few days after. The staff during the orientation process made everything easy to understand and I liked their presentation. The day I started working the on-site staff person I met was very kind to me and every time I have had to interact with them since the first day they still have been very kind to me. I am happy to have been and still be employed by Express Employment Professionals.

Im pretty sure by now any skilled positions or any jobs that arent they post are fake just to get people to come in and apply. 3rd time wasting my time coming in there and each time I leave knowing/feeling like Ive wasted my time and just got played. The whole process is dumb. You go online and fill out all the information only to have to come in and have to fill out the same damn information in the office. Then theres the BS interview where the guy ask you questions by reading off the paperwork you just filled out. Then you read that stupid we would like to make you an offer sheet. I still cant figure out the point of that routine. Last time applying for anything with Express name attached to it.
