I wish I could give them a zero! Released my fiancé from a job for a "no call no show" when he showed up that day with a doctors note, and was the only day he missed! Upon them letting him go in that manner, they reduced his pay rate on his last check almost by half because he "quit." Then, after we drive almost 45 minutes to pick up his last check, they were rude and disrespectful and gave him the wrong paycheck!! I would not suggest this company to anyone. There are lots of other temporary agencies that respect the employees. This experience was totally unacceptable! I asked to speak to the managers boss and she tells me the only way that I can is to leave a message for him at the office in which she mans the phone lines. I am still waiting on a return call and its been two weeks. This place is really a joke.

I called today to ask information about any jobs available when and a lady answered yelling saying all the above ! And as I was in the process to ask another question about the types of shifts , when The lady raised her voice over me and started giving me the address to the office...rudely yelling and talking over me. SHE then asked me if I had anything on my back ground and I replied no. I should have took her name down but that lady who attended my phone call has NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS whatsoever. She is very rude , LADY IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THAT BAD ? THEN QUIT ! , make room for another recruiter who actually enjoys helping people getting jobs.

I am a latino woman that tried to obtain a job with this agency and found that they dont like or willing to help latinos find a job. The staff is the worst I have ever encountered. Staff started screaming a me and belittling me. Would not get out of there chair to talk to me and the screaming was not called for. I feal that they are not willing to help anyone that is not American, totally against latinos. I hope that the companies they provide staffing for get aware of this situation and look into a company that is willing to work with people.

Mr Mull, When you registered with Falcon, it was made perfectly clear that a no call, no show would result in your pay being reduced to minimum wage. When you confronted me, you used rude, offensive, abrasive language and called me names. When that didnt accomplish what you were hoping to achieve, you had your wife call me to do more of the same. In the future, I recommend that you always call your employer if you are not going to show up for work. I do not know any employer who would accept such behavior. Best wishes to you.

If Falcon Staffing wants to stay in business as a respectable company they should get rid of the idiot called Tracy. I do not look for jobs through that agency but all I needed was help getting paper work for someone and the woman was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and EVEN CUT ME OFF OVER THE PHONE SHOUTING LIKE SHE WAS CRAZY. I am a consumer and do not deserve such horrable customer service . People who go through this agency deserve better respect than the emerge TRACY is portraying of Falcon Staffing as if she owns the company.

my husband works for falcon luckily the company they got him a job with hired him permanently Tracey is the rudest woman ever what happened to good customer service these days? all i asked was a couple simple questions and she was very rude and flippant with me i told her she didnt have to be rude and she proceeded to yell into the phone about how she was NOT being rude... I would NEVER refer anyone to falcon until tracey has been fired she is extremely bad at her job and im very upset at how i was treated!

I dont know who just answered the phone @ this dump in Roanoke Texas, but she was extremely rude. As if her paycheck wasnt enough encouragement to be polite and professional. Im looking for a job and it disgusts me that she is getting a paycheck and is unwilling to do the most basic of any job function... BE PROFESSIONAL! Good luck to all interested applicants!! I will be passing this one over!!

This agency and inparticular Lisa is the BEST! She started making calls for me right away with me sitting in front of her. She is very proactive and has great connections. She got me a great job right away and I love it and am looking forward to being permanent. She can do what it seems like some of the name brands staffers can not.

I was thinking about calling here to find work because its very close but the reviews have said it all about the same lady Tracy. Im glad I saw these reviews first so I dont have to deal with her bs. If she yells at me I will yell right back, treat people how you want to be treated boo boo!

Both Tracys are consistently rude, dont know how to talk to people in a polite manner and I would not consider looking for a job through them. The job I applied for hired me as a temp but I needed to complete the remaining paperwork with Falcon Staffing.

Talk to Traci, all she cared about is background, and then when I told her she said go back to your previous employer and hung up on me. RUDE AND POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. This place is garbage.

The office manager that fills out the employment verifications is very nasty, unprofessional and has a smart mouth. I wouldnt send my worse enemy to work at this company
