I will never look towards assistance from this company again. It was the worst. Everything starts out well but their lack of communication is HORRID!! I once had done an application and then the company wasnt hiring anymore. It happens... but when I cannot get my representative to give me the time of day by answering any calls or to call me back with new opportunities, that is not okay. When I finally got through to my "representative" she just says shes been looking for new opportunities and it must be fate that an old company I applied for wants me and tells me to come in and do an orientation and fill out pay roll. All is complete and right before I walk out, she stops me to say the position was filled as I was doing pay roll paperwork. And oh by the way, Friday is my last. I have never heard from the company and I am glad! I do not trust them and they completely wasted my time. Who fills a position that was already given?! Like honestly happened while I was filling out personal pay roll information. HORRIBLE company.

Saw the review from Jason Howard and I just have to throw my two cents in. I have great qualifications and now I work a great "PERMANENT" job. I had awful experiences working through Agencies. Youve got to be really careful with agencies. Companies often resort to using agencies when they want great experience but dont want to bring a person on board full time to pay for it. In other words, they want to short the worker on benefits, etc. I know people who are great workers who have been caught up working for the same company through an agency FOR YEARS. With no raises, no benefits, etc. And get this.. they are barred from being hired by the company once they apply with the agency unless the company expends thousands in upfront payment to the agency to hire them and why would a company do that when you are working for them anyway. Also agencies short the hours because they dont have the upfront payment from the companies on time. They do this A LOT.

Aerotek did everything right by me. That being said, some of the below reviews are very misleading. First and most obvious, you dont get a free job and dont qualify for free money. This isnt a welfare "pity job" type of place. The company you contract for needs quality employees. If you dont cut it, you dont keep it. Second, you are responsible for monitoring your hours and turning in the correct number of hours for pay. These people saying Aerotek never got their hours correct basically means they never turned their hours in correctly. Not Aeroteks fault. Lastly, if you lack the professional qualifications, certifications, or fail your drug test... You dont get or keep your job. These are "duh" moments. Again, not a welfare program so quit expecting something for nothing.

These guys staffed me as a temp at TD Ameritrade. All other open positions required brokerage licenses, and the ones that didnt were filled by temps for the tax season. This allowed me to get my foot in the door, build a reputation and meet and get to know other managers and departments. 5 months later, I am hired on permanent in another department. They are currently paying me to study for my Seriess 7 brokerage license. I wouldnt have got the opportunity without this temp place. Never messed up my hours, always got paid what I was expected, and direct deposit went through on my 2nd paycheck (paid weekly). 4/5 Stars. -1 star for temp pay, but not unexpected.

Terrible. I never get my checks on time Im 2 weeks behind now in them paying me.. Can never reach anyone but the receptionist. Email and say they will meet me to give check and its inconvenient to me. When first being called by them my recruiter was quick to reach and was on top of things now good luck reaching anyone but the receptionist. Have a great job but terribly unreliable agency. Id actually like to get paid on time and not have to be bothered with calling an answering machine. Or no email reply until you get the company you work for involved. Can not wait to not have to deal with 3rd party.

they have no problem screwing you for the greater good of the contract they have failed me on time numerous of times after having turned my time on time the head engineer had to call the company several times to get them to pay while i tried to survive paycheck to paycheck this company is now on the forbes list with review of 2.7 the time of the review i dont see how this company is still in business other than kissing enough ass to stay afloat they have been buying the company steak dinners until they get what they want my only hope is that the BBB and stops this blood bath

I received a job 2 days after I applied. The job however did not pay the 30.00 an hour as i asked and instead am only making 25.00. I have been with this company for 6 months, the job has become more demanding. I am working 14 hours a day, 7 days a week. I havent had a single day off in 4 months. Im miserable. I have contacted Aerotek 6 times to see if they could find me other work and they will not return my phone calls, they put me on hold til i finally hang up and will not help me in any way. I put in my 2 weeks notice yesterday with no job lined up yet. Screw Aerotek.

Worst experience with a temp agency in my entire life they got my check wrong and i never received anything and has been going on 3 weeks they kept telling me different stories and lying to me, They said my job would be one way and was not even close to what they explained everyone was getting paid different wages in there and they are very unprofessional never in my life have i had so much problems this is hands down the worst agency i have ever been through will not recommend anyone to apply here.

They dont pay people on paydays. My son is still owed 3 checks. He had to quit a good job because he has important bills due but Aerotek wouldnt pay on a regular payday. Plus it took two weeks just to get everything done with their stupid computer form. Kept saying he was entering wrong answers when he wasnt. Would have gave a -5 but 1 is the lowest rating you can give this place. I think companies should drop Aerotek because they are causing companies to lose workers

Piece of crap company, they hire me for a job that I was told I would end up working there for 10+ years and out of the blue call me yesterday and tell me "my services are no longer needed". Dont trust anyone there, their jobs are bad, the hours suck, and they dont pay nearly enough. Their insurance is also garbage because they were pulling out nearly $200 dollars from my paycheck every week.

Will never work for them again 2 face shady people i would call my rep would never answer. so i ended up quieting the job do to unsafe work equipment. when i did get a hold of someone i told them about the problems and there answer was "to bad we will find someone else who doesnt care about safety we still have to work with the company even if you dont"
