I had this company repair a broken pipe in my back yard about a year ago. A few minutes after they left the sink no longer had more than a dribble of water coming out of it. The pipe that broke led only to the kitchen sink. They havent fixed it. If I call them out to fix it I have to pay. I was told that the broken pipe allowed dirt to enter the pipe and is probably blocking the shut off valves under the sink. I am on disability and live off less than seven hundred a month. It costs me two hundred each time I call these people out. Now the staff are nice, polite and as helpful as any other company. I have had to call them out twice more for other broken pipes and a broken gas pipe in the middle of winter. They came out and did good work. My only real complaint is that we have had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink for a year. They should have made sure the kitchen sink worked before they left that first time.

Great at taking calls and friendly, but good service ends there. With sewer backing up into the house, I called. Plumber shows up, snakes drain and leaves. Next day, sewer is backing up again. So I called back. Same thing, same result. They say they need a camera to find the problem. Cost $450 for camera, and $150 for each "clean out". After sending camera down, they tell me "underground pipe is broken, we need to dig and replace it". I agree and beg them to hurry, because I cant keep paying $150 for a "clean out". 3 weeks, many calls and a couple more "clean outs" later, I finally decide to find someone else. New guy came, cleaned it out the right way(3 inch blade for 4 inch pipe) and problem solved. 6 months later and still no more sewer in the house. Either Brazosport Plumbing is very incompetent, or their business strategy is to keep charging for "clean outs". Either way, avoid this company.
