I was referred to Lamont Plumbing by a local remodeling contractor for a complete PEX replumbing as part of a condo remodeling project. Ken, the Owner, came out personally to review the scope of work and provide a quote. Quote was submitted promptly and price was reasonable so I chose them for the work. Job was completed within a week. After completion, a portion of the work was not done according to my instructions. It would work, but wasnt what I wanted. Initially I accepted the work, but after making comments to one of the guys in the crew. I later changed my mind and stopped by the office to discuss the issue. Without any haggling, Ken said they would make it right, and they did. That is great customer service! More positive feedback: - I started the work using a brand of PEX from one of the Big Box stores, which is not what they use. No problem.The crew purchased what was needed and did the job. Another company stated they would have to tear out what I had done and start over. - One aspect of my desired routing of the PEX would have violated code. Another bidder said I would have to make changes to a wall before they could complete the work. Not so for Lamont. His crew figured out a way to accomplish what I wanted AND ensure it passed a inspection by the city. I dont always take the time to post feedback for service providers, but the service I received from Lamont Plumbing was worth my time to give back.

Same day service. Technician called before arriving. Did not give us a ridiculous time frame. Office personal was every profesional. Fixed our sink for a portion of the price of other competitors. Honest plumber that gets the job done and doesnt over charge. Highly recommended.
