What a joke! For any goodwill from acquiring the service portion of Holey Plumbing, these clowns eliminated in a single $70 inspection visit. Their solution for a leaky toilet was a $775 replacement toilet or a $445 rebuild of the existing toilet. Bottomline, I fixed it myself for a total of $13 and a half hour of my time! The techs troubleshooting expertise of a flooding issue related to our jacuzzi tub entailed filling the tub up to see if there were any leaks. Finding none, this "professional" concluded his inspection without draining the tub. Two guesses what happened when we let the water out... What a ripoff! If water was gushing at my house and this was the only service able to immediately address the problem, I would wait however long it took to have a competent plumbing group become available.

I am very pleased with the job Dusty did in installing my new water heater. He was on time and very professional, going right to work. He took the time to explain things during the job as needed, and explained some of the features of the water heater like the Overflow sensor, which is a cool feature that shuts off the water if a leak is detected. He kept the work area clean and cleaned up after the job was done. Being new to the area this was my first experience with the company, and would highly recommend Rub a Dub, and commend Dusty for his excellent service.

Mark was excellent and worked a small miracle setting up a water filtration for whole house in a very tight space. His work was clean and quiet as well. I work from home and barely knew he was there. By the way I should have let you put the sink faucet where you suggested. I still love it it i think you had a better suggestion. Thx!
