I had a rather complicated problem with a clog in a 2 inch water line which served as a drain between my wash room and kitchen. I had my usual plumber over a 3 day period and he is an excellent plumber but when he admitted defeat he referred me to Rotorooter. Billy from the Bossier City office was sent out Friday July 22. He arrived on time and quickly informed me he would be here until my problem was resolved. Because the water line was apparently installed with a joint going in wrong direction this was a major ordeal and it became necessary to call his boss to bring additional equipment to eventually clear the line. Throughout the job, both men were courteous and professional, even though temperature was extremely high and they had to spend a lot of time outside. I am very impressed with this company and the patience and commitment shown while in my home are extremely hard to find these days. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for professional, competent service with a smile. My prayer was certInly answered because my 89 year old mom lives with me and the drain line affected was crucial in meeting her daily needs. Thank you so much for a hard job well done.

This review is of Davids work from the Tyler Texas Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services. After moving from Ohio we arrived at our new home in Texas. Six toilet flushes and one shower later we discovered the septic system was not receiving waste. We contacted several companies to resolve the problem. Roto-Rooter of Tyler did respond to our location which is outside their normal service territory. David discovered the soil pipe had separated from the improper original installation in 2001. David stated normally he would get assistance for this job which would require an additional day. Understanding our situation he worked diligently digging four feet down by hand to the separation. Temperature reached 95 degrees yet David continued. He resolved our problem while working in very strenuous conditions. He was very courteous and answered our many questions and concerns. We are extremely satisfied with Davids performance. Thank You David

I called Roto-Rooter and Zach answered the phone. He was very nice and made me laugh! He was happy to get me some help before my situation got worse. What was even better is that Zach told me he would have someone out between 10am - 12pm. He called back 30 minutes later and said his guy was on his way. GREAT!!! Bill showed up and he was very nice and gave me lots of valuable information! He was even patient with me when I wanted to relay information to my husband! Bill gave me upfront opinions and I did not feel like he was trying to take an advantage of me. Bill fixed my problem and I was happy with the price! Guess what? My problem is still fixed!!! I can not say that with the last plumber I used! Very Very Happy with Roto-Rooter in Tyler!

There is nothing like coming home very early Tuesday morning after Christmas to a drainage clog in my main line and water backing up in my tubs! So I called the company that we use at work. Keep in mind this is around 2am; the dispatch guy had the plumber call me back within 5mins of my call. The Plumber was at my house in less than 30 mins. While he was there he gave me a lot of useful tips on how to solve the problem in the future if this happened again. He was very friendly and extremely professional; esp. for someone working out in 40 degree weather at 2:30 in the morning. I would Highly Recommend the location in Tyler, TX to anyone! Thank you again for your fast and friendly service!!!

On Monday, December 1st, 2015 A serviceman, by the name of Gregg meet my husband and I to discuss problems we were having with a septic tank. The tank is approximately 48 years old. Gregg appears to be knowledgeable of possible options we may have. He was able to temporarily correct the problem by snaking a line through a pipe in the roof. We discussed installing a a cleanout after the holidays and possibly replacing the underground pipe running from the house to the septic tank. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our problem. We will definitely use his services again and I would not hesitate to recommend the company and Greg. Nice to have a service person you can depend on.

Bill provided both the free estimate and subsequently the installation. He is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious of the quality of his work. He was also very interactive with me, explaining what he was going to do and then, later, asking me if his layout of the faucets was acceptable or did I want it changed. He ran into complications during installation (none of which was his fault) and I never heard him complaining to himself or directly to me. The problems caused a 3 hour job to turn into a 6 hour job. He honored the 3-hour estimate and I didnt have to pay more. I would definitely hire this company again.

The faucet in our bathroom sink would not stop running, even with the handles in the "off" position. The service tech (David) came out to fix our problem, but , after trying for quite a while, he was not able to get the water off, due to a problem with the meter. He suggested we call the city, which we did. The next day, the City worker came out to turn the water off, and David came back out. He fixed the problem with our faucet, and waited for the City to come to turn the water back on, so he could make sure there were no leaks or other issues. We really appreciated his time and extra effort to get things right.

After calling the local plumbers and giving them 24 hours to respond i called Roto-Rooter. It was late in the day but around 3 hours after i called Roto-Rooter had a Tec at my door. He was nice and polite and had the job done in a short hour. The cell service at my house is not the best. So he could not accept my card. Roto-Rooter was nice enough to accept my out of town check. I like to shop local when i can. I was not able to do that because none of the local plumbers ever called me back. I am satisfied knowing i helped a local earn a paycheck. Thank you Roto-Rooter. After a hard days work that shower sure felt good.

We called bc our toilets were backing up, the technician called me right back and asked me to dig up where my clean out was. So when he got here he got his snake out and ran it thru my clean out and unclogged it for me, then ran a camera down the pipe and found I had roots growing in my pipes!! So he gave me an estimate of about $800-$900 to repair it for me!!! I told him Id wait and look at my options, so I signed the paperwork and he got in his van and left!! Then I had to fill in the hole with mud bc I guess digging the hole and filling it back up was not part of the job for technicians when they come out!!
