We live in a set of townhomes, and our HOA has a commercial contract with Best Plumbing. We knew that we would have to pay $200 just to get them to come out and shut off the water to our quad for work that our contractors are doing on our new condo. When they first came out, everything was fine; they shut off the water, and left. Then, at 2p, when they sent another man out, he could not have been more condescending and disrespectful to our contractors. Every time they turned the water back on, leaks sprang because they could not tell if there was a perfect sweat on the joint and every time that same man had to go and turn the water back off. We were paying $95 an hour for him to turn the water on and off, and when our guys were working, he just sat there and stared at them. Didnt offer to help...didnt offer any advice...he just sat there with a scowl on his face. Our bill ended up being over $500 for them to come out and turn the water off, and, ultimately, back on again. The man stayed past 5pm, and I believe they charged us overtime. I have not verified that yet, but this is really just extortion at its best. Never were we once warned that we would be charged overtime, and that plumber didnt lift a single finger to help us or the folks working on the job. If you want someone to be rude to you, be completely unhelpful, and, ultimately over charge you, this is your place! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Terrible Phone Service,WORSE SCHEDULING skills SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE CALLED A MANAGER! I called early (8:20am) with an emergency backed up toilet at my work and the girl that answered stated someone would be here before noon, that they have over 30 plumbers, Called at 11:00am to get some sort of ETA when this plumber would show up. the next girl transferred me to "SLADE" the MANAGER/ DISPATCHER and he was HORRIBLE! He couldnt "promise" as he stated anything- I stated I dont need a promise but with OVER 30 Plumbers couldnt he give me some sort of window of time??? He absolutely shouldnt be answering the phones or running dispatch. Who runs a business and has no sense of where there employees are , when someone is coming or going??? I told him the girl said before lunch someone would be here and he stated he has NO IDEA WHEN ANYONE WILL BE FREE TO COME. I asked if he could call one of his 30 plumbers to see how long til someone is free and he says he talks to them all day yet still cannot give me a time? WHO DOES THAT!**** WHO IS THIS IDIOT ! I called around and got Alans Plumbing plumbers came BEFORE noon!!! After Best Plumbing wasted my entire morning I wasnt gonna WAIT around til someone decides to randomly show up. Thank You ALANs Plumbing! You know what service is , and next time we need a plumber I will call on Alans Plumbing!

This company has an established set of captive users, such as the town home community where I bought a property in. By contract with the town home communitys HOA, they have exclusive control over the master shut off valve at the property. So they are the only plumbing company that can close off the main valve for plumbing repairs in any unit. The one time that I unfortunately called them, the woman who answered the phone rudely asked for a credit card number before she would set an appointment with a plumber. When I expressed concern about security, she rudely told me to call someone else if I had problem with that. On the day of appointment, the plumber showed up 20 minutes after the appointed time, but wrote an invoice stating that he arrived at the appointed time and added another extra 15 minutes to his departure time. As the result of the falsified time records, though he was actually at the property only 40 minutes, I was billed an hour and 15 minutes. This is not an honest or customer friendly plumbing company.

If you see their truck in your neighborhood, watch out because theyll steal your electricity. A plumber came to my area this week and saw my porch light was on...he decided that would be a good place to use a light socket adapter to plug in his snake. He never knocked or even attempted to get electricity from the location he was actually working at. I called to complain and the service manager could not have cared less. It was all caught on my security cam, so theres no denying it. Crooks!!

This company is a big freaking rip off they will find any which way to over charge you. The plumber came out and didnt have the tools to work on my shower but wanted to come out the next day to charge me twice because he didnt come prepared and then started to go on about how long it was going to take to check the water pressure I explained that I have shut off valves to the shower but was then trying to find another way to charge up my bill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They were called in for a leak in my apartment ceiling last week. The gentleman that came was super pleasant and efficient. He even swept my floor during cleanup. I cant say enough good things. Thank you for a job well done.

If you want to pay a lot of money youve come to the right place. They start out reasonable but then they rake you over the coals. My advise, get a detailed quote before any work is done.

Had them come for work on a condo. Replaced a few valves and charged me a fortune. I would not recommend this company.
